I'm Enoch Root, but I could not secure nicks root or eroot, so I went for goto. I host a Bitcoin Testnet Faucet at http://testnet.mojocoin.com/ written by ciphermonk. I'm not a Bitcoin n00b. I have been involved with Bitcoin since 2011.

I guess I have horrible issues to choose a nick. I decided to finally settle:

I've been these nicks in IRC:

  • jpierre
  • eroot

Here in the forums I've been:

  • goto
  • r00t

I've decided to settle for Xeno-Genesis as master identity. I promise I will not change it anymore.

Yes another newbie. Im interested in trading bitcoins, and this is where i go.... http://bitcoin.clarkmoody.com/

How do you all get on with understanding Bitcoin? The philosophy and concept i get, but there seems a huge learning curve in understanding the technology, the terminology, the security, etc etc. The more you dig, the more questions get raised. Dont get me wrong, it can be fascinating, but how have you found the info gathering process? Has it been a slog? Have you had to come back to it a few times. Or is this geeks paradise?

Hi,

I'm watching BTC since 2011 and also got myself some coins back then. After a longer brake I came back to that topic some days ago and found the bitcoin economy became even more interesting during the last year. In particular, I'm interested in the emerging bitcoin security markets.

Hello guys,

I'm new to bitcoin, made a couple of transactions so far and i'm starting to thinking about mining using FPGAs. I have got some unused boards right now so i'll give it a try.

Anyway, i'm looking forward to exchange ideas with you, it seems the forum is really active.
