yo ho, been following bitcoin for about two years now. started mining when i built a new gaming rig a year ago. now that i have some stake in bitcoin i follow it religiously, but i also wholeheartedly believe that it will take off massively in the next year or two. or at the very least spawn an even better cryptocurrency. very exciting time to be here!

I'm pretty new to bitcoins and my main focus is on mining! I'm not really out to make cash or anything I just like to tinker with computers, and mining looks like a fun way to do it
I'm currently mining on a single 5850 which I set up over the weekend (and have made 0.25 BTC so far, w00t). I overclokced it a bit and managed to get 310 MHash/sec pretty easily. From my brief readings it looks like significant performace gains can be got from underclocking your GPU. Not really sure why this is but hopefully some of you guys can help me out with that.

I was browsing this forum for about 4 days to find everything possilbe about asic's and as i can see avalon is making sales, and first machines are running
, but still i have a question, where are most of theese machines from batch no.1 ? they are not visible in newtork, so they are still not mining? how many of them is visible right now in network?...

Hi been lurking the boards for a few weeks now. I like the idea of bitcoins and hope it keeps growing like it has been. Just bought my first btc the other day and have turned it into over 10btc now. Its exciting learning about everything and hope to contribute more to the btc economy.
