MrKnowITall,

is symbolic for someone that doesn't really know it all and the name was given out of jest, with love & admiration towards the guy that is obviously making a grave mistake at the time and can not see the forest through the trees.  It happens to everyone, everywhere at some point in someones life.  It is a reminder that I don't know IT all however, I am always in the pursuit of truth and enlightenment to help my fellow human.

Walk through life if you can without preconceived notions and the truth will flow through you!

Godspeed on your journey to becoming a truly free man assisted by Cryptocurrencies!

Are you a MrKnowITall Huh

A little late to the game but I'm officially hooked!

I first heard of bitcoin by my brother who narrowly missed making a gargantuan profit while waiting for funds to transfer into his mtgox account. I have been interested in it since, but didn't really pay enough attention until recently.

As a developer and entrepreneur I may have BTC related projects in the future, as of now just looking forward to ASIC and since GPU mining seems on its way out (not to mention incredibly slow these days), I plan on transferring some of my physical property into BTC by selling.

I've been lurking for awhile now but I feel it's past time to get some things rolling and finally signed up on the forum.

Glad to be here!

Hi. I've been lurking for quite a while.

I'm a computer geek with an interest in economics, politics and technology. Can't say I'm sold on bitcoin, but I am intrigued by both the virtual artifact itself and the community that surrounds it.

Another mostly lurker. Had to register because I'm looking for support on my cgminer miner. Interesting little program *IF* you build it correctly. Only miner I know of that supports cpu mining. I know, I know, cpu mining is slow compared to gpu mining. But it's not zero. Plus I had some problems getting gpu mining off the ground. cpu mining was something of a proof-of-concept.

Weird thing is now that I've got gpu mining enabled, even if I turn it off (because the program crashes if I don't - this is why I registered), my supposed cpu mining is about 3 times what it was before. Just one of the questions to ask once I get out of this newbie box.
