There is a method to my madness regarding multiple accounts. I won't be discussing this in detail to avoid giving any ideas to cheaters (but as of now they can't cheat, new ip or not)

Have you taken a look at my previous suggestion? The one about the countdown?Besides that, can't you implement an IP address check to prevent users from creating multiple accounts? Shouldn't be that hard...

I just want to take back my skepticism from the beginning of this thread. It's a great thing you are doing for the community.
