I think lot of bitcoin gambling sites and companies have that small detail written, but also probably hardly anyone asks for ID unless maybe when you win some huge amounts.

That is the norm but they shouldn't ask for it if one is ONLY playing with Bitcoin and that too of their own deposit and not with any sort of bonuses.

Welcome bonus is a deposit bonus, so you need to deposit in order to get it. The rollover is 40x as written on the terms. I have asked about no deposit bonus but they said that they do not offer such kind of no deposit bonus.
