Personally, I prefer holding and trading rather than gambling, because the risk is always higher when you gamble, and it is depending only on luck, while trading is less risky and you can gain if you have already some knowledge and experience.
Holding some coins (like Bitcoin and Ethereum) is also profitable, since the prices of these coins are expected to go up soon.

I prefer to trade and invest, being a trader who has good technical skills is one of the goals that I want to achieve at this time. I still need a lot of experience to be a successful trader.
I usually prefer to trade on good newly lunched and listed coins. Although, not on the first day of listing, but after I might have discovered it has dumped. The exchange I use for this most of the times are Bitmax and Bitforex. Although, I also make use of other exchanges, depending on where the coin is listed.
You might not necessarily do the same, but if you find it good enough, you can also go for such.

Losses are the part of the game, I really appreciate your zeal to beat the market. If you want to invest for long time, my suggestion will surely be for Bitcoin, BNB, ETH or any othe potential coin which can give you good profit in long run but if you want to trade daily or weekly then I would suggest you to go for forex instead of crypto trading. Forex terminals are much mature, you will plenty of options unlike crypto platform. Never ever take big risk.Try to learn from your mistake. Always make a plan before taking a trade, success will follow you one day.
Gambling is a fast way to double our money. I tried it and then I won. I am happy and sorry for that. I enjoy gambling, but if possible don't approach the world and people like that.

Even though I got a little profit from that kind of industry before, but I could not agree more than this. Gambling is not going to make you rich unless you have a ton of luck around your life which is not very unlikely for any common people to have. Trade is a good thing, but I recommend you to choose an Investment since it's more healthy compared to do the trade.

I will support you to trade, by trading you will get quick but high risk profits if you do not have expertise in this field. but my experience before getting to know trading has always been risk-taking. Okay if you fail on the first day is a lesson, and then you will find your own strategy if you dare to make decisions even though it is risky.

I see a lot of people here talking about arbitrage on exchanges. In the past when transactions was very fast/instant, to make money from crypto arbitrage was not so hard, but now when transactions takes a lot of time, it's not worth as the price could easily increase in the exchanger where the price was lower and visa versa. So nowadays I think it's not a good idea to start such method to make money fom cryptos.
If must pick on that 3 options, i will pick on trade again. For a note, trade a coin that already listed in market for long time. 2 other options that OP give is really risky because for now invest in something that we don't really know it's progress almost same with gambling, only win or lose that we can aim. And gambling, everyone already know risk behind it. So, trade is best choice in that 3 options.
