I think the right decision now is to buy BTC for him to buy ETH and then invest in ICO projects !
It is better to buy a good and stable coin as bitcoin, but this is my personal opinion, because bitcoin currently shows itself well in the world and it is used by millions of people.

right now, it is better to buy bitcoin and soon bitcoin price will increase higher so you can make a lot of money from bitcoin. don't forget to hold your bitcoin after you buy and don't attract with the false news in out there because they want you to sell your bitcoin before the price can increase and if you do this, you will lose the opportunity to make a profit.
I think invest ICOs are more promising and profitable than buying bitcoin, I'm always confident and optimistic that the future of ICO and cryptocurrencies will soon recover so that the prices of altcoins immediately skyrocket.

Split it, so if you have a money. 70% buy Bitcoin and hold it, and 30% you can place it at ICO. Be careful ICO has many scam scheme, read details the whitepaper and the project.

Yes, if you know nothing how to find a good ICO BTC or ETH - the best investment for you. When you will have enough skills to make research work on ICO, you should invest in good ones and make a nice profit from it.

It is better for the moment to buy BTC than ICO. BTC value is actually stable compare to ICO tokens. It is safer to buy BTC than ICO.

I could have been undecided if I made a choice between Bitcoin and Ico when this topic was opened..But now my preference is definitely Bitcoin..Because most new projects are listed at a price well below the Ico price.

it is better to invest in btc rather than investing in ICO if you want to have a profit for a short period of time but if you are ready to put your money for a long period of time in the market it is also better to invest in an ICO.
buy BTC and HODL. most ICOs are cash grabs. some are legitimate but barely any will be able to stand up face to face with the BTC king!
Depends how much money do you want to invest,if its a low investment i recomand you to buy ico,its more risky but can give a big profit,if you want to make a big investment i tell you to buy btc its more safety,and you can make profit.
