Actually I have that type of confusion. It is so hard time to invest on such a downtrend.  But if the market could move so we can find a better choose. It is hold time. He who invested earlier in recently don't get panicked. It always can happen any market like Forex,Gold, commodity.  So I prefer to hold invest later on.

This is an undoubtedly difficult period for ICO. However, I still believe that Good project, with great teams, good partners and a very good ICO rating will still give good ROI

I think the market situation is adversely affecting the success of most ICO's, those that equally survived must have done some outstanding job and built trusts, Investing in ICO's have always been risky the success rate is always 50 50 but I think it has decreased to 30 70 due to proliferations and a lot of scams

If you are a beginner, I don't recommend any ICO investment because it will make you more vulnerable to fraud. I think you should start with a bounty mission or buy and sell coins directly!

ICO investment for me is an all season affair.  You really don't know which of your investment in ICO will really take off and pay off for the losses incur on other ICO investment.  The winner ICO always emerge every now and then!

The market conditions are weak, but if the project is good it's better to start now because it will take 1-2 years to polish it (including ICO, developing, testing, and working beta launch). So if you want to take your market share then don't wait, start it as soon as possible.

I agree. However, if you would look at the bigger picture, since more assets are in their low price points at the moment, it would be the best time to buy and invest in them. Actually, whatever the market condition is, sometimes, you just have to brave it out and invest, whether you would be using a bigger some of capital or not. At least, if you buy when the values are not at their peaks, you can have more bang for your buck in terms of the capital you can shed out. Also, I believe in good vibes that if you want to attract good luck, you have to believe that since the assets are down, there would be no place for it to go but up. Basically, just keep at it mate.
when the price of bitcoin is falling like this, maybe it will be very good to invest in ICO. well, what's more for those who had the chance to sell the bitcoin they had at a price of $ 7k. of course they might be able to benefit by investing in potential ICOs.

I think there should at the present time, the majority of the ICO project has a very low value, even a scam with the promises.
Although there are some really good projects (I don't show name of ICO) that you can invest a little to get rid of the decline of the market

The truth is that, the market is currently not trending and its really an issue of concern with icos now as we are in ICO winter. Even the most hyped icos are not reaching their hardcap and many investors have lost confidence in icos generally
Basically, we look into legit ICO's to have assurance of having returns once it finally launch in the market but unfortunately, it is rare to see that today and mostly ICO's now is not already a working product which hardly to know if it succeed or not.

A lot of ICO fails due to market condition and yet, they only raised a small amount of crypto which couldn't be enough to compensate investors and it's promoters and lead into discontinuance. We should be cautious in taking steps into investing ICO coz we can't be sure if it ends with success or just a failure one.

A big NO from me! Do not invest in ICO at this moment, your investment will be freeze! Maximum successful ICO locked their token and they decide to unlock tokens in next year! And many potential projects can't reach the soft cap, they are refunding! And what about scam projects? Forget it. Better you should invest in crypto coins when the market down, and if the market recovers then your investment will turn in gold!

You forgot to mention that ICOs have been doing badly on the exchanges. In admission to the delay in token release /unlock, these ICOs still end up taking a dive on exchanges. I've seen ICOs that the token value has gone around 0.01% from ico price. Until ICOs take a U–turn on this, I'm not touching any ico
Actually, not all ico experience things like this. there are still some ico that ends successfully and can reach the targets they have set. this is a choice and we must be able to decide wisely. investing in ico projects requires expertise in reading movements and also doing analysis. without that, we will not get anything, projects ico has good potential and therefore we must be able to utilize this potential as well as possible.

i have been very optimistic from the start of the bearish trend this year , but now market seems very risky to put any kind of investments into !
i'd recommend staying away until we see a clear picture of what's going on even investing in established coin won't be a good option as market keep going down and we still can't see the button. hope that changes soon Cry

This is definitely not a good time to invest in ICOs. Most are falling day in day out. Lending coins too are dead. So just master trading. That's the best for now.

Why not!? Even though most of the ICOs failed even ended up as Fraud. But, I think ICO is a method that is still interesting to make profits.

Therefore, if you want to invest in ICO, you will want some guarantee at the end of you that all the funds that you will invest will be used in the right way. There is a lot you have to pay attention to when you are going to invest to make sure that you will not be cheated.

There are many different factors in how you evaluate ICOs. Reading through Whitepaper must always be a priority. White Paper is the reason for the existence of ICO. They must put their entire business model, including what has been done, who works on the project, how they plan to implement the project, what will be done in the future, how the ICO is structured, and how much money will be used for it to be raised.

Evaluating an ICO can be difficult, but with some time and effort, you can understand what the project wants to do, the problems it is currently solving, and the future growth that it can achieve.

I would say stay away for a while. or invest with extreme caution. try to get into presales of ICO that have MVP or you know the people behind the project.
