This the best time possible to invest in something. This kind of dip or correction whatever you call it doesn’t happen often but still it we need to be very careful. I wish everyone much success and luck.
It depands of many factors. First of all - in what coin you want to invest? If the price is rather low - then buy and hold 
And one of the important factor is watching the market and the price of the coins, presently price dropping so it's suggestible to invest rather than waiting, once the market picks up sold that gives huge profit, this should be the mantra. 
Invest at least 50% then hold the half of your coins who knows maybe in next week it will increase again the value.
I chose to buy verge again where many of my profit comes from it. Luckily verge never failed me for the past weeks of scalping.

When all side are red its right time to buy even its time to do all in lol. I think its very good time to but altcoins now because I think its impossible to see them again in this price but also if Bitcoin will start to move up we ll see also one decreasing of alts after that road to the moon lol
Now is the best time for investment as the price of coins is increasing day by day and as we all can see the market value of the coins it is growing at rate that no one can think. By this year the value of coins will fill the laps of investors with great profit.
Prices are too low now, but I am waiting movement of Bitcoin upward I belive that increasing of bitcoin will make all altcoins to have high decrease in their price.
If you didn't buy earlier when the market is in a blood bath, i would suggest to wait or you can check the chart which coin is not yet pumped more than 5% on its last deep.

Always wait for a deep before buying altcoins or even bitcoin. Litecoin and Ethereum is a good to buy as of this moment. It was dumped the other day but trying to go catch up again for another bull run. The price today is real cheap considering its demand and wide of use.
Yesterday and the day before yesterday was a very good day for buying coins. It was a real sale. At the moment, the market began to recover, but the prices for coins are still quite attractive. 
if you are for the moment still hesitate to make a better investment just wait as this requires confidence in yourself and lots of info from more senior coworkers!
