There is no better time than now to invest in cryptocurrency! Because this is just right time for any person that missed out earlier on in investing in the crypto market to make when it really big! As the world is awakening to the possibility that the blockchain technology holds.

Better to invest now if you beleive that crypto will start rising again someday. I don't think it gonna happen soon so bought some coins and don't even check prices.
Partly you can invest because now the market is close to bottom. So to be in the right moment buy now the top 15 altcoins and bitcoin and wait for the right moment to sell first part in August and then in December because then situation will be the same like now.

I think you must make a move based on your observation in the trend of the prices of cryptocurrencies in markets and once you have already a conclusion if it's time to invest or not then it is already depend on the trader or investor if he/she has enough funds to invest in a specific crypto that he has choosen.
Invest only in good,perpective projects,lots of icos are going on right now and more are coming,look for the best ones.Theres no need to buy now expensive coins such as bitcoin,etherium,litecoin because the downtrend is not over yet and most likely we'll see the prices even lower than now.
