Anytime can be a good time to invest all you need to do is to research if it a legit coin or a scam coin it is better to know what you are invest than not beacuse you going to put your money

I think the best is to wait and be patient because I am sure the Bitcoin price will soon rise and stabilize and this is a great opportunity to invest as bitcoin prices have dropped now so someone should invest in it and Bitcoin prices will return to its peak in 2018.
I guess market will continue to fall and I will wait BTC on $5k-$6k. And then will become a buy time for cheap altcoins. But, maybe, start to buy today with a little parts is not a bad idea too.
