There hasn't been any rush yet so I guess it would still be okay to buy and invest since most cryptocurrency values are still recovering specially bitcoin. So if you are planning to invest then I suggest you do it as soon as you can before the next rush.
I think its good time to invest in bigger coins and icos right now. Market recovery isn't completed but general bitcoin value has returned and I feel safe as it already sits above $10,000 psychological barrier.
