Waiting is perfect mantra for all the kind of problems. I think in the crypto currency you always have to give lot of time for the purpose of gaining more and more profits. If you wait you see the development going on around and time pay back everything to you when it comes to right position. So I guess investing right now with the current dip is always advisable. I mean do both, invest now and then wait later on for the right opportunity. However do not stay aways from the investment right now as the market is completely dipping and thus gives you more margins.
market is oversold, it will soon recover after some time. there is no further major reasons why crypto is bleeding. but I think, same as last time, something big will come, that is for sure.

At present is rather good time to invest. The market is stabilized after big dump that was since February, 2018. So I don't see big risk
as of now the market is in lowest price available due to price dump happening in last few months so investing now is the best choice for coming pump we can make good profits

Since the market value of pretty much every other cryptocurrency is down at that moment and the best thing to do is either to just buy or hold but among those too buying more during market crashes will generate you more profit.
