If I were told to vote I would choose now, because if now we can invest from now, if waiting will be difficult because from time to time oasis coins continue to grow.

The market is down at the time of writing this post so it would be wise to buy some cheap coins if you have some money to spare. IMO, it is less stressful to just buy now and hold than to wait for the proper time to enter the market. But of course, that is entirely all up to you.
There is nothing to expect, because the market will soon go up and you will regret for not escaping to invest!
we have to wait for good price sometime the value will be up or sometime it will be down.so we have to wait for a right time for investing so then it will be sure that we will get a good price of our investment and hope to get good price
My opinion is and i think we alll know crypto is not going to drop substantially.

I think it is a good time to start investing. If you want to make money by investing from crypto market then you should start investing small amount when markets are going down. If you think it’s not right opportunity then I would say you are missing a lot. So buy now and wait for the green days to sell to make a profit.
If you see a red market conditions. Then this is a good omen for your investment. As I see it is indeed the year 2018 this looks like the year for investment. Not a year to sell. Average market conditions more often than red on green.

No one knows if the market value of cryptocurrency will go down even more. So, if you want, since the market is really cheap, you can buy now and just wait for the market to recover. Even if the market dips a little more, if you can buy now and keep it, you will still surely gain from it.
If this is just your first investment in here, i would suggest you to wait a little bit more until everything recovers again, but if you are experienced, just invest because you know that it will recover
Market is not so stable in current time. So I suggest not to prefer in any coin at this moment. But if you want to invest somewhere now, you can go ICOs. There are so many ICOs performing better in recent time. Among all the ICOs, green tech related product or environment ICOs are safe and good for investment.

You know what is good for you but as a matter of fact, if I have enough money which is not for anything rite now, I would rather invest now by busying some dip coin in the market and wit for the bull market to arrive and pick up my profit. I think this is the best time to invest. The prices are very low, I buy some coins today

It's on you, Right now market is down a lot you can buy few and wait and see if market goes high take your profit and if it goes down then buy more or hodl.
