Obviously this is the best time to invest, as you can get most of the altcoin at a low price, some are even lower than the ico price.

For now just wait until the price of the market gets increasing. The bitcoin now and other cryptocurrencies arr falling and in that case you will not gain as much big profit that you want. It's still quite risky to invest in a major bearish season that's still looking as it it's not gonna recover soon but notwithstanding it's the best time to invest in your long term coins but don't invest all your capital at once coz market may dump more.
I do not advise to buy now something, because the price may still fall below. Wait for a reversal and prices will go up! But if you're holding altcoins, don't sell them now!
my opinion if you want a long-term investment is now pretty good time but if you want to make short-term or long term investments, you should wait until it reaches the low price. Thats the best time to accumulate. Just as the market is in red now, buy now

I think we still need to wait for the maintime while the market is still very weak because if we force to invest today it's too risky and we don't have a big percent of assurance of a positive respone of our investment.

I think bitcoin will drop to 4000 USD this year, but in the end of the year, not in July. So you can consider about buying some BTC, sell to USDT when you think "oh, that's enough profit", somewhere in middle of August. Then keep USDT till November, BTC will reach its bottom - time to buy back!

Its better hodl as you said the market is in red zone and ustable price value. Just wait on it we dont know the what will happen because some of the investor want to perticapate in crytocurrency
