I think you can split investment for multiple coins as i can recommend waves for one portion of your investment its really having potentiality on next one year its doing well currently also NEM you can keep option.

I see a lot of people saying shift could moon in the future ... any contrary opinions Mark ? I actually bought 1000 shift as a long term investment , would you consider other low Market cap coins better project wise and a better investment ? Thank you
If you're thinking to go all-in, then at least consider this a gamble and the 10,000 euros a sum you'd be willing to lose. If it's an investment, you're better off buying Bitcoins and holding it for a year in cold storage.
In fact, for a year, never buy the coins and leave them anywhere but on a wallet you control and keep. Anything could happen in one year if you leave it somewhere "online". That's my only advice.

I would buy some bitcoin for sure (30%), then invest in some project like Stratis or Waves. If you want to buy some less mainstream alts, you have to check the devs behaviour, if there's a great community behind, if the ideas behind the project are possible and if there's real use of the technology. Yeah, you can also find the x1000 project or the unexpected boom but you have to invest time to search carefully

1) did I miss the rally of past days?
2) Should I wait and hope it goes another leg down ? Or just go for it as I speak?
3) Should I just go for the long term and don't look after it for a while when I make my decision or should I be flexible and by prepared to sell some for others when they get pumped ?

Diversify is the way to go, spend a bit of time looking at various coins that have been suggested but bear in mind not to put too much faith in what other people suggest always do your own research. One to keep an eye on once it gets relaunched is DLS formerly WBB.
I can just tell you not to make all in. Divide the risk.

If you can wait a year, just buy bitcoin 80% , Eth 30%, then wait. Any other investment will be the same as gambling, buy stratis only if you can wait five years minimum.
