Buying when the price goes down is always the best thing to do. Especially if you have enough funds to buy all the way down. Don't think many people have the balls for this, but it allows you to buy at the lowest point and you then benefit from the price going up again.

Yeah and its a good price to buy, we can afford to buy at this price, so buying at a moment and holding it till halving is a better option.

But even if we think it is a good time to buy, we don't know what the whales will do so we won't be able to tell if there'll be another dump or will the price get back up again.

Yes altcoin is damn risky now it is very cheap and attracting many people to invest in it but i dont think it's gonna sustain for longer run.

The value now around this time is not so high. So it is possible now to invest in some coins if you want to make an investment.
But than you must take the risk that you also can lose some money if the value will drop. But if you are looking now than you see that the value is slowly rising.

Well it depends on the altcoin you are going to invest with but generally its not that easy to gain profit with altcoin trading. Its quite risky compared to USD - BTC and vice versa trading. It also needs a research and knowledge on the altcoin you are going to trade with. I have tried it before without any reasearch and end up losing my coins. Its not that simple as you think
