You should buy a coin that has proven to have a future, an example is bitcoin, if you watch closely and check the stats since 2009 when it created till this moment, you would understand the reason why you should be stacking some sats now for the future, because if its able to get to this price in just 12 years of existence, think of the price in the next 10 years from now, bitcoin is going to be wild in the future that's why I think its the right cryptocurrency to buy as a future investment for your kids.

I can’t look beyond the horizon and see the future but I have the opportunity to look back in time. When I do it I understand that money invested into crypto in the past were not lost but have been multiplied by now. Extrapolating such pattern to the future I remain confident that money invested right now for my kids will not be lost.

If I have to do this and Hodl up till about 10years for my kids then it has to be Bitcoin and not that there are not other cryptocurrencies that wouldn't make it that long but Bitcoin just seem to be the top choice because of the level of global adoption and more institutional investments, Bitcoin will be a good save by then also. If you are afraid of buying different crypto then you should only buy bitcoin. No one can really tell what cryptocurrency will still exist in the future where our future generations are living in. Only bitcoin has the highest chance for me that will still exist in the future because that is the mother of all crypto, it's total supply hasn't all mined yet so its price will still increase in the following years. For me other than investing bitcoin for the future, BNB and ETH is also a good choice to invest for the future. They've been continuously improving their projects and they have their own blockchain where some cryptocurrencies are also created under those chains.
Investment especially for long term goal needs to pay attention on what thing to invest. Bitcoin itslelf is surely very volatile and also fluctuating. But, we know the fundamentals of Bitcoin. I personally believe in Bitcoin for one of the worthy investment for future, including for our kids

Bitcoin is the promissing place for long term investment. You can collect your money and buy bitcoin as much as you. Like me, before bitcoin price passed the $20.000 as the first all time high I collected bitcoin as much as I can. Like collected money per week and I bought bitcoin and if I get paid from my work I'll devided a half to buy bitcoin and yeah I get a good result from it.
