I don't think friedcat wants to manage all of those shares for individuals.  (I've talked to him and he said this.)  At some point I think we should sell the ASICMINER shares and distribute the bitcoins.  Why?  There is a risk to holding ASICMINER shares because of competition.  To compete ASICMINER will need to redesign there chips in the future.  Their chips won't be as efficient as BFL.  So, there is a risk to holding to ASICMINER.  I also don't mind if DT continues to distribute the btc to everyone and just keep the ASICMINER shares.

Investors only get paid 100% and the fund manager gets to keep the shares?

IOW, we took the risk, and DT takes the reward?

No effing way!  That really wouldn't be fair to us long suffering GBF investors.

I'm sure there's a better solution, such as in kind dividends:

Who else votes to proportionally distribute the ASICMINER, etc. shares once 100% payout is complete?

Suppose 100% does get paid...then we will continue to get paid 101%+?  Or will will sell your ASICMINER shares?

At the moment it's wishful thinking, but it's possible that it might become a reality down the road

I think that with ASICMINER going so well it's possible that over time we might be able to payback 100% of the balances.

Right now I am a man with many projects.
I am currently developing three different trading bots with Willem, A arb bot (which previously was used by GBF), a best price bot that combineds all order books to find the best orders for bid and ask and then executes the trades, as well as a ripple market making (liquidity providing bot).
So that's what I am doing on the bot side

I am also head of Pr and support on btcx.se since a couple of weeks back I have been taking people skype conversations as well as IRC messages. It's a Swedish direct bitcoin exchange with the ambition to spread to different countries across the globe We currently have about 10-12k BTC in volume a month, I am working with a couple of projects here as well to expand out current service.

I am also bug testing and playing around with the SatoshiDice client as well as the ripple client and reporting any bugs I can find, as I can't code this is one of the few ways I can help out ^^

I would just like to say that I have a lot of confidence in you Terra.  I unknowingly came across more of your work on bitfunder, and have been investing in many different things there.  With all the trouble with the Gamma Bitcoin Fund, you came across as truthful and honest, I never really believed that you would screw me or anyone else over.  I can see you are all over the place with projects and to tell you the truth I trust your sense of direction with bitcoin and if you could keep me at least up to date with any new projects you have coming out, I would be extremely interested.  Thanks for keeping us updated, I will be stalking you and your posts on this forum from here on out 

As I have gotten no response from these investors future payments will be used to pay back this accidental double payment.
