Many ICO have the policy which pay token to investor in a long schedule, for example they will return 20% token of investor each month, it will avoid the huge dump after listing exchange. And bounty payment often happen after ICO for 1 month.

If some one believe a project, shouldn't wait to buy after bounties distribution. He/She should buy in ICO.
Bounty hunters also don't sell their coins cheap if they believe the project.
Generally, the dump after bounties distribution depends on the projects. There have been many coins that the price was rising during bounties distribution.

I think that is the real thing that happens these days.Even with the investors, they just buy small during the ICO and waiting for the bounty hunters to dump so that they will have the opportunity to buy more and earn huge. Its somehow reasonable.

Most of the investors only after the bonus in ICO, not many of them really believe in the coin they invest, so a lot of them looking for the chances to sell as soon as the coin can be sell in the market, and if you missed the chance to buy when pre sales you can buy it after the coin launched you will get a cheap price

I am sure that in our time investors play a big role in the development of the international economy! Also, investors are very important in the development of modern projects, since a lot depends on them in the development of this industry!

I agree 100%. Generally speaking, they are investors. It is they who encourage others to invent new products to invest in them

Well, mostly that is the strategy of most of the people out there just to be able to get some cheap coins. The thing is though, you most likely to be able to buy small amounts only from small time bounty hunters that need immediate money because clearly, veteran bounty hunters won't sell that easily if they see that the project is good. It would still be better to go for the presales or the actual ICO sale.

Yes, I know that it's better to buy on pre-sales and during ICО, but there are projects where sales end in 3 minutes. Unfortunately, such projects almost never had a bounty company. Sad
And there are projects in which it wasn't possible to register in the whitelist. The site did not work, then the documents are no longer accepted etc.
If everything was so easy ..... And there are projects where you are allowed to send no more than 1 Ether or participation in ICO generally played out in some kind of lottery. And with my luck, of course, I do not get there.

I was looking for bounty chat in a telegram today because I did not have time to buy coins during ICO and I could not take part in the bounty.
Since I haven't any coins, I really want to buy cheap from bounty hunters on the exchange. I started looking for a group to find out when the bounty will be distributed.
Well, guess what? In this bounty chat, there were a lot of real investors who asked: "When will the payment for the bounty to participants?" I used to think that these repetitive questions are asked by the participants themselves.
And you, too, do this when you want to buy a cheap coin after ICO?

How did you find out, that people asking such questions, are real investors? And not the same bounty hunters pretending to be investors, trying not to get a ban for bounty questions? In my opinion, if you are interested in a project, it's not difficult to read the bounty topic at the BTT, to find out when bounty distribution will made, in addition, the pinned messages often have all the information about it.

There is an opportunity to buy tokens even when the ICO is not over yet, or immediately after it. Typically, this can be done on decentralized exchanges such as EtherDelta and ForkDelta.

Who are you kidding, you can buy the coin when it Get listed on etherdelta or idex.market because most of the time what people do is they dump their holdings. First things first as a bounty participant you are paid way later from the moment coin or token gets distributed and this is because ones that own an ICO want to make sure there is not huge dip and thus for investors to lose and feel FOMO and then to get messages that somebody is angry and want to kill them. So obviously why you won't stand a chance to buy right away from bounty participants.
You're wrong, after the bounty hunters get their own token and they will able to do whatever they want. I remember when these guys had offered very cheap raiblock to the everyone in here, and so many people are selling their token before it get listed to the market in the marketplace of altcoin section.

yeah, but not all bounty hunters will sell their token as soon as possible
because, a lot of my friend always hold their bounty rewards for a long term hold

Usually, in the bounty group, there are a lot of questions related to the ICO project, but I often see 2 questions: "Ever distributed the Token to a bounty member?" and "When the Token is in exchange?". IMO, these are perfectly legitimate inquiries because if a distributed project, as well as the index on exchange floors, are too slow, then most of these are fraudulent or non-potential projects on the market. And if you want to buy a cheap ICO Token then you should be careful when the Token gets indexed, investors will sell the whole Token and cause the exchange rate to drop rapidly.

I do sometime, if the project is really good, I do not hesitate. Specially is suspected more than x3 at ICO price. Not easy to find the good one

No because unless it's an absolutely useless coin that isn't listed on any exchanges you'll most likely end up getting scammed. No one would want to sell below market rate when it's so easy to just transfer it and sell.
