In fact, if the short-term rise is more than 50 percent, then there will be a lot of people selling it, which will lead to the price decline, so this is a normal phenomenon, you can also choose to sell it.

Sounds very questionable.

No wallet?

They spread misleading info about their partnerships (the minute I read about the partnership with microsoft I doubted it was true).

It is centralized.

Plenty more reasons here not to trust IOTA:

Not sure why it is in the top 10 of market cap.

The cryptotraders have a particular tendency to look for easy explanations to justify each movement of the cryptos that they trade, and in this case I see that everyone has found in that announcement the supposed justification to explain this little fall in the price of Iota.

These are the classic efforts of the human being to alleviate uncertainty, but this cryptouniverse has proven to be so complex and capricious that it is not always that easy to justify these movements. Simply this is a market correction and in coming days we will see Iota again around 35000 sats.

I was actually thinking about buying IOTA before the pump but decided on NEO instead. So now I am just watching the price to see if it will fall into my buying range again. It for sure is interesting coin but I will wait for it to drop quite a bit more before buying.

Wait... what? five years from now? are you crazy?

iotas pump was too much. sure that there will be a correction. 5$ should it reach after 2-5 years. iota has a big supply also.

Iota has been pumped hard because of lies and fake rumours, it really deserves to go down, a lot of people have lost faith on iota and that is the main reason of why we are seeing big red candles on the charts.

I knew that it was going to happen, it was like a little bubble, it was full of fomo, until everybody realized that it was a fake.

And everybody started to sell their iota's, and the price started to bleed.

IOTA had increased very quickly two weeks ago, so the drop now should be expected. It has taken a bit longer than I had initially expected to pick up, but hopefully we will see another push and we can finally break the $5 barrier.

How the hell people invest so much in something that is hard to stored? What is the purpose? People talk like IOTA is the best coin for IoT
just because they say they are. But that is not even true. Doge is better now them IOTA. Maybe in some years they could finally stop spread FOMO and do some work.

Today, the very well known IOTA is getting down. Many of the investors have made huge profits of around 300% within 1 week but now it is going down very fast. This all happened due to their clarification about the Microsoft-IOTA partnership. Yesterday they clarified that they aren't partnered with Microsoft in any way but they are trying to be partnered with them and 37 other famous brands that include Fujustu etc.
Such news made the investors worried and they started selling their acquired IOTA stock. It is going down very faster if anyone has invested in IOTA should take some profits and sell the coins before it's too late.

itoa is good and i like less than 10$ because you can gain if you just holding and not stopped holding.

start with 500$ if you find price more than 10$ increasing you invest price.

IOTA have impressive vision and roadmap. Only concern i have is MAX supply of 2,779,530,283 IOTA which is huge amount of tokens, so for example, if IOTA reach 120$, market cap would exceed 333$ billion USD (Bitcoin have near $300billion USD), which may happen but in 2+ years if company survives.
Best time to buy IOTA was around 0,22$, however if it falls under $2 it is still good "buy and hold" asset.

I was surprised to see iota down, for some reason when iota is a good coin and can be a good coin for future investment. is the cause of this iota coin down? if there is any specific reason please I am given an explanation.

Microsoft was a small deal that got blown into a big deal that fudders turned to no deal giving iota a raw deal--but more than likely it is the market shaking out weak hands that needed an excuse to panic.

the microsoft big deal became too hyped in purpose, and now when someone says something that closer to truth from the "bad side" its FUD? :/
stop judging other people, judge your own coin behavior if yo uwant to know where this "FUD" comes from
im invested in few coins that have like zero fud .. and why is that? because they dont try to fool anybody

It was pumped, it had great news coverage. Now it's correcting. Nothing unusual.
If it corrects a bit more I may even buy some, it's a coin with quite a potential.

I have seen approximately 2 weeks ago warnings about buying IOTA take extra caution because the price is already artificially inflated, so if I am not interested in IOTA, I know is very minimal about this coin and still I have seen warnings about "don't invest is already pumped" there should be no problem for an investors that follow this project step by step to make the right decision and know when to stop buying and quit/keep/sell and keep profits.

The op should really be banned or some shit. Its just not right yo spread FUD and cause panic when there is no need for panic. I sold but luckily bought back in at the same price. Yes im stupid for not researching but i have seen coins value dissapear when things like this are spread

No clue people are buying Iota when it's so centralized. Isn't byteball a much better coin in terms of distribution?
