I first reached out to iota support regarding this matter on 5/19/17. It's been 8 months of waiting, instructions, run-around, and largely silence. Everyone points to someone else. Let's please get this over with.

List2: I reclaimed with IOTA 2.5.6 and the old seeds with lowercase letters. Do I have to repeat this with uppercase letters? Since the software has accepted lowercase letters it will probably work that way.

When I log in with the new SEED, no addresses appear. Do I need to generate an address to show my IOTAS?

Reclaims processed by IOTA Foundation ("manually"), make sure the both transactions are confirmed and then wait.

List1: why a 2018, Jan 28th snapshot without us in it? While the 2017, June 9th snapshot includes some privileged claimers ?

Please restore the trust :

I can prove I emailed David before the 2017 11th July, but can you prove you hold all our iota ?
Why not send 1 iota to every claim address from one that has enough fund to pay it all ? This would prove the public we are not abused but only in a slow and painful careful process. I will be happy to pay for it  Wink Angry

Why do you need his mailbox password? We have done KYC (list 1 claims).
As you are a member of the IOTA foundation as well I don't understand why you cannot process the claims. CFB, please help David Smiley

Old letters need to be checked to make sure that everyone claimed before the deadline.
Can someone explain me what are those letters ? Do I miss something when claiming ?

Probably the email we had to sent to David before July 11th last year

Yes.
Therefore I am ok (although David did not send me a receipt confirmation)
However I agree with Websioux (see its post 619) about the "arbitrary deadline of July 11th 2017".

This coin is a complete scam, people got and get funds stolen on a regular basis. And nothing is done to prevent this.

Only recommendation one can give, stay away from it!

Again, show me where the devs promised an enterprise level wallet to investors that would alleviate them of the responsibility of proper seed generation--I use a seed generator, but somehow I figured out that changing some chars and being offline were things I ought to be doing (those funds are safe and sound).

The wallet is fine--it's just not idiot-proof. It's amazing how quickly some forget the mantra "Be your own Bank," and that that statement implies.

You can read that all up, just don't be lazy.

But it does not even matter if you read it or not, as it is a fundamental design flaw to use a private key to log into ones wallet. I wrote that before.

It's not a design flaw--it doesn't make the network insecure, it just means you have to not use a seed generator from a random site--the same as not using a random dude to make your house key or safe combination. The failure to understand that is your fault, notice how most didn't make that mistake--anyways have fun with blaming someone for your own failure (maybe you should read up and not be lazy).

@Come-from-beyond I'm asking you again and I think I'm not the only one, please help David with the reclaims. it seems that this has no priority to him. You would make a lot people happy.

David won't give me the password to his mailbox.

Brilliant idea, might be worth bringing a film crew to make a PSA and will inevitably increase the priority on getting these reclaims done.  I'd certainly be happy to share this among my channels.
Depending on the date I might be able to join you, please PM me if you have a date in mind.

Anybody knows if at the iota fondation in berlin there is actually a team or David? In few months I will be free to travel there and maybe check if some one can proceed our claim? I couldnt find the iota fondation adress in berlin.
Or any other iota event coming where I could go?
