Any chance that we are included in the upcoming snapshot?
perhaps if we do it again...

Code:
Status: All reclaims that were filed before December 24th have been processed. For those who didn't receive their reclaim, it's likely that you
accidentally didn't get the final step confirmed. Please re-do the reclaim process and standby for an official announcement from the IOTA Foundation.

Not sure if that really applies to list 1 claimants ...

any comment from the foundation or even david would be appreciated

No one can ask David and David answers to no one (except trolls).
It is strange, from outside it seems you don't talk to each other in your team, why ?
Is there a conflict ?

You got that right - he only replies to people that he called fudders. Thanks to Jean-Luc that opened this topic, iota team David would've never have replied to anyone.

The only reply I got from David in months is in this article comment section https://cointelegraph.com/news/fudsters-not-misinterpreted-microsoft-partnership-responsible-for-iota-decline-clarifies-ceo

-Please get your claims in for the snapshot before July 11th

December 2017
-Video Conference w/ cfb and give him all of your private details.

January 10th, 2018

January 14th, 2018
-David had some confustion about MsCollec, but will just send it to his first address

January 18th, 2018
-Announcement in Discord: We are talking with our lawyers to figure out KYC. Will have an announcement soon.

March 19th, 2018
-David is waiting for the last person from group 1 to get their nude selfie in before he can process these claims.

November 14th, 2019
-If you have not yet tattoo'd your old seed on your forearm, please schedule an appointment ASAP and email proof to iota support.

December 3rd, 2021
-You must understand that David is very busy, and due the the physical toll he can only schedule one sparring match with reclaimants per month. We want to get reclaims processed ASAP but unfortunately can only do so once you've proven you aren't a weak little baby.

What is the true reason to face David's management bottleneck ?

Check if one or two of us, while fully legitimate, missed the long gone old arbitrary deadline of July 11th 2017? With the immature communication policy this has been conduct with, if someone missed it, he would win in court that he well deserves to access the funds like the others.

List 1 David's email check is not worth it, unless hidden reasons and paranoia become true.

CfB, I think it's worth prodding him because there are a few options of what's happening here.

1) He's super busy... he's forgotten about it. Needs a prod to remind him this is important and shows the project is trustworthy.

2) He's super busy and doesn't want to.  Needs a prod because people are getting fed up so instead of just asking it gets escalated unnecessarily.

3) He's not wanting to issue it because he's afraid it will tank the market.  Fine, he needs a prod to explain this to us.  Issue a little bit at a time, at least start doing something.  Right now people have their money stolen by the foundation.

4) He is unable to do it.  Again if this is the case it needs communicating why, bigger problems than this have been solved before.

I would really like it to be #1 but his lack of any sort of response makes #3 or #4 the most likely option.

I told David about you waiting for manual claims, there is no reasons to tell him again, I doubt he has amnesia.

Hey CfB/David/IOTA foundation... any update please?  19th January, the promised deadline long gone with funds still not returned even when offered a generous legitimate donation... how's about sharing an update on the list 1 & 2 claims?

My concern is it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, sounds like a duck, so it's getting pretty safe to say someone's bound to let the savage dog know it is indeed a duck.

Please offer us some good info that this project ain't no duck because we all want a good outcome and be involved in this project!

I have no new info, ask David directly.

From what I know (CfB will surely correct me, if I am wrong), list 1+2 have nothing to do with the recent reclaim process for non-transition and key reuse. If anyone from the lists received some IOTA during the recent reclaim process, it might just be coincidence.
what I know for sure:
it is not possible for me to be on list 1
(because I have claimed mine and seen it last time ~2017-01)
it maybe to be on list 2...
(do not know it because I have not written my adresses...)
I got x.y+ Gi
and have expectect much more...
 Huh

It needs solving and the silence from IOTA dev team on why they have not done what they said they would yet again is rather unnerving for those involved and chilling for those newly invested in it or running fx engines using it.

Please IOTA dev team, we want to support this project but this inaction and lack of communication on restoring people's funds (list 1 & 2) is unacceptable.  Please do the right thing and explain what is going on here...

And I add that concerning this recent reclaim process (list 1 claimers and probably also list 2 claimers are not included in this process), many people have not still received their iota.

"The standard advice at this point is to wait for the next announcement from the IOTA Foundation regarding reclaims. You'll need to complete the reclaim process again, but let's wait to see what they say about next steps to take."

has written Winston (https://forum.helloiota.com/1242/Reclaim-Status?PageIndex=48)

He suspects "that the reason is accidental failure to complete the full reclaim process"

I can hardly imagine the frustration of those who have not still received their iotas.

What a mess ! Huh

Chatting on slack, Muanh states that reclaims have finished.  IS THIS TRUE???  5 days without any further activity in reclaims seems to indicate this but without any official word it's anyone's guess.

My balance is still 0 even after completing every single one way request asked.  Again I am on List 2 if that helps.  I used the reclaim tool twice, first time didn't work, second time did, waited for confirmation that it was attached to the tangle.  Checking now doesn't show this confirmation in iotasear.ch but not sure if it should.

Any help is really appreciated.

Any idea why claims have stopped processing the last 5 days?  Is it expected to resume?

It looks like the money has been stuck here unless I'm misreading it.
