This is the coin which can give you enough profit in the coming year because it has the immense potential which project will be viable in the long run. After BNT, I think IOTA is the quality bet to play with own money.

IOTA is another Ethereum. This blockchain is also designed and developed for adoption of token creation for the company. As this coin is in the infant stage in the cryptocurrency market and Ethereum has demanded more so IOTA has some less demand now. But, after a year it must draw the attention of more company for creating the token on its blockchain. And, price also go up very sharply.
Anyone that believes in IOTA have not read any of the technical due diligence critiques on the project. It is beyond a moonshot, it is pretty much playing the lottery.

Using balanced ternary is the most amateur decision the team has made. All new chips will be required just because of this. Do you think an entire industry will change just because of IOTA?

Hmm... according to Coinmarketcap today, that would mean a 7-fold price increase (IOTA # 9 with 10 billion market cap, XRP #3 with 72 billion market cap).
Last year, we've seen a lot of coins doing 700% easier but I guess this year will be different: Only coins with real success and use cases will get great gains (obviously, there will always be exceptions).

One of the founders is quite strong and believes, they're going to be #3 currency by the end of 2018. So they have something big (aka "Q") in the pipeline, really interested what that will be:

In January 2018, the presentation of the demonstration version of the site will take place. If everything goes according to plan, then in the middle of next year the price of Iota can grow up to 6 - 7 dollars, and by the end - up to 10 dollars.
IOTA will not develop as fast as we would like to. We need to wait a few months to get a good profit. Maybe only at the end of the year we will get x5-x15.
I think it could hit like 8-9 dollars by Q4 easily ; )
I think on the short/mid term the big profits are already made. Look what happened with IOTA in the beginning of december. IOTA jumped in a short time in the top 10. But for the long term I still think that you can make good profits, but the 10x gains are difficult to achieve with already 10B marketcap. IOTA is already on the moon, but the way to mars is much longer 
Some people claimed that iota can reach thousands of dollars next years, this is totally wrong. Look at the number of supply and multiply it with the price you claimed per unit and then you will see an impossible market cap at the end. This much easy to see your inaccuracy.

$120 USD by the end of 2018 easily, if not more.. Despite the issues recently, it has a solid roadmap
haha, ya. i also believe in iota. but 120$... i don`t think so
