Normally i send him mail telling what I want, and i will be honest there always go 24 hours til i get the account , its not like u can get them instantly,
BUT once you get them they always work! and the best part is full guranteee if account stop working I always get a replacement.
Yesterday my viaplay account stopped working so i sent him mail, i had few days left of my gurantee period.

Hi can you sort my issue out either sort or refund as per my email got one iptv account which is utter rubbish you provided another one that every channel I click on doesn't work with or without vpn. I stated in my email I'd prefer to swap for bt sports account and pay what ever the difference is hate complaining on here as bought loads off you but these 2 iptv accounts have been rubbish unfortunately

Bought a Sky Deutschland and a Foxtel account from him. Unfortunately the Foxtel account was useless as Foxtel bans VPN's.
