Edit, Øystein will be in Amsterdam with me, so anyone can meet him there and check his passport.

Well,. I think that wouldn't be necessary.
But if others would like to see this verified,. I'll volunteer going to Amsterdam (3 hour drive)
If those people volunteer donating Travel(train) expenses.

Ofc, you"ll still have to trust me when i say " All checks out"

I don't understand! Why?

Someone on BF bought 100 shares at 0.05, he could've bought 1666 with those 5 bitcoins...

That person is remedial. Simple as that.

Well, I'm mind blown...

That guy payed .05 but we can see quite a few amount of orders above .003...

I don't know, this is my second IPO, all new to me!

Those who payed more than .003 were most likely afraid, that they won't get shares at IPO price. So they took a gamble an bid more.
0.05.... idk i'd call it a donation Wink

I understand that, but paying a few satoshis higher is one thing, 16x IPO price, or the other one who bought 5 shares at 0.031 each, this stuff is beyond my comprehension...

Not a FUDster, but this was a mammoth sized IPO. It was never going to be a quick flip for anyone. I think that as we see the massive collapse of these faux mining securities (happening at this very moment), we'll see more investment in operations like this one, where transparency is there and it operates more like a legitimate business.

The IPO will eventually sell out, it just won't be today or tomorrow. I think most holders are genuine long term holders looking to make a fortune off of the potential of this stock.

Signs of significant progress over the next month and a half wouldn't hurt sales either.

Just Dice has something like 55k coins invested and it's just another dice type casino, NEOBEE is as legit as something can be, 24k coins don't seem to be such a high amount to gather.

Oh boy, I'm very much alive, and yes my Name is Danny and not Daniel, I have been at an event so apologies I couldn't post any earlier, yes 3 companies I have been officially a director of since the age of 20, a dissolved company does not constitute a failure in the slightest.

Edit, Øystein will be in Amsterdam with me, so anyone can meet him there and check his passport.

Thanks for answering Smiley Don't need to see his passport, but the correct link to his linkedin would be nice Wink

Notice how they are all in the same name for somebody born 1986? and all different failed companies with different registered address's

And then total tin foil hat  Tongue

1986 makes director Danny 27. Dead Danny was 22. I think if it was a case of stolen identity, the name and date of birth would match. Smiley

That one is really tinfoily, since his name is Danny and not Daniel Wink.

if you are interestet in an interview with him (as linked earlier in this topic): http://letstalkbitcoin.com/speculative/

If this succeeds, we will see bitcoin skyrocket, not sure like it did earlier this year, but it will def. go up. So, shareholders will be winners on two fronts, dividends from the ipo and the bitcoin price. The only bad thing I see is that most bitcoiners like to see a quick coin, aint gunna happen with this ipo, we will be lucky to see any type of dividend by summer, so that may scare many away, but those that are smart and have patients will see this as a great opportunity...

Now, what is better? to hold on to the bitcoin or invest? its like the chicken and the egg, lol. If we all invest, we will make the bitcoin go up, if we dont, it will still probably go up but not as much...

I think this is the first IPO that has a lot of transparency (at least from what Ive seen). Im seriously going to tell friends that like to invest in different ideas about this venture.. this is a no brainer for the average bitcoin investor....

I think it's a good investment. The last long term investment i did was the Asicminer IPO, and my waiting was rewarded by a 4000% return. During that time the BTC/USD value increased by 3000%. So that went well Wink

I don't expect a 40x value increase of NEOBEE, since that would mean they have a market cap of about 2mio BTC (not impossible though). But i expect the share price to rise significantly in the next 12 month, and i expect good dividents. And they will certainly drive up BTC/USD and thereby create a nice lever for anyone having his BTC invested into rising BTC-stocks

+ Such a groundbreaking buisiness idea (if successfull) deserves some support.

So this guy named Danny Brewster started a couple companies, which all failed, he went to cyprus for vacation and died, and now somebody is using his identity to start this bitcoin company?

If I'm not mistaken, his legal name is Danny, not Daniel as mentioned in that death report.

Please excuse my ignorance but apart from the info in the OP, is there any other info about Danny Brewster or any body else evolved in this?
Any social media contacts, Linkedin?

Is it just normal for IPOs of this size to just put up a Prospectus and a small website and raise so much funding? am I just being over paranoid?? Cheesy

The only info i can find about a Danny Brewster is a little tin foil hat stuff Huh
