Through a combination of battling Man Flu and constant important meetings, press and media events with all the regular daily duties this week, I have not had spare time to be on the forum. My workload will only be growing more and more intense so I will not be around on the forum as much and Neo-PR will be providing all updates and answering relevant questions.

Sounds reasonable. ok

I just want to ask, what we should expect in upcoming weeks? Just curious ... like always Smiley

Some of shareholders questions remain unanswered this week. I wonder if Danny is temporarily prohibited from thread because of his recent behavior, or he just feel offended.

Silence is not the best approach.

So how many shares are still left from the IPO?

That info is available any time by logging into your LMB account and visiting this link https://www.lmb-holdings.com/transfer-shares/buy-shares/

Bitfunder > Direct Shares

All currently claimed NEOBEE shares from Bitfunder.com have been rendered to their owners at LMB-Holdings.com.

Next week, we will re-open fee-based transfer options. Current instructions and current fee rates to move shares back and forth from HavelockInvestments.com and LMB-Holdings.com will be provided and posted at the website.

Forum Questions

Please note that while Danny enjoys interacting with the forum and answering questions when he can, he is still the CEO of the company, and thus is quite busy most of the time.

I will remind everyone that this is not a support thread in any reliable capacity.

If you have serious questions, you should contact Neo directly via the posted emails and phone numbers.

If you want the latest official updates, they are posted at LMB-Holdings.com.

Hi all,

I just saw that Bitfunder is / has shut down.  I don't know where in this thread it is discussed.  Can anyone tell me what's happening and what I should do to get my shares transferred?  I'm disappointed that I didn't receive any emails about this from Bitfunder whatsoever.

Cy

Bitfunder.com does not send email notifications; it never finished creating the feature for the website.

However, news was posted to the news area at Bitfunder.com, to the official forum thread, and all stranded shareholders were sent an email from TAT Investments with instructions on how to migrate your shares to Direct Shares with LMB Holdings. If you do not see the email, check your spam please.

EasyCoin is not an exchange. We are simply selling a product, the purchase of which does not take place in Denmark

I was confused by this then:

Neo EasyCoin (easyco.in)
Neo EasyCoin is a web based business that allows the direct purchase of Bitcoin using cash through a payment network. This platform will offer Bitcoin at a competitive rate in the United States, United Kingdom, Russia, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

It made me think it was falling under the exchange category.

So the recent news from Denmark about exchanges was partly because of EasyCoin? Tongue Nice to see that Europe is moving forward, anyway.

Lazy, cynical and insolent since 1968
Nice to see the share price floating along despite all the recent BTC volatility.

Direct Shares Update

Just a quick update to confirm that we've received claim verification info from about half of the people stranded on BitFunder.

We've logged all the data so far and will begin checking wallet signatures tomorrow.

It's possible the current batch of migrations will be totally completed tomorrow, but definitely this week.

And when will be able to know exactly how many shares are in possession of shareholders and available for sale at the site? It is an extremely important information (to know how many shares exists and how many are owned) in which we have lost total control of since BitFunder went down.

Bitfunder took central stage here but it's more of a secondary concern I'd say, so let's leave that aside for a while.

This was featured on Keiser Report few days ago.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZDmpiSdTTk

At min 13:00, University of Nicosia CFO is interviewed and goes on to say they are lobbying Cyprus gov to transform the country in a bitcoin trading hub. Of course we know who the driving force behind it is. Wink

Any comments on this?

They both are obviously very busy responding in that Bitfunder thread, putting neobee shareholders questions on second priority ...  Roll Eyes

... I haven't received a thing of what I am personally owed, Neo & Bee were not owed anything in the first place. ...

... I got my portion of coins out, without any problems, earlier today. ...

Danny, given the recent news from Coinbase and Coinkite, are there any plans to offer a Neo API that can help us compete in the spaces they are exploring? A simple deposit-only API, to start with, to send BTC to a merchant's Neo account (from their website or their proprietary platform) might help drive innovation and allow Neo to compete with the likes of BitPay.  Cool
