Danny, given the recent news from Coinbase and Coinkite, are there any plans to offer a Neo API that can help us compete in the spaces they are exploring? A simple deposit-only API, to start with, to send BTC to a merchant's Neo account (from their website or their proprietary platform) might help drive innovation and allow Neo to compete with the likes of BitPay. I remember buying Neo & Bee shares below .2 each on Bitfunder. Where were you then? Buying mine at .275 (avg) last week must really feel good.

I'm sorry if you feel I 'derailed' things but I've had 112 pages of listening to hollow and ill-born arguments.

Share holders are allowed to express their concerns and everyone should approach investments with a healthy degree of caution, even skeptism; but it has been a constant flow of cynicism from a small number of users here. Some of these users have admitted they are simply trying to 'paint the tape' and drive the share price down.

Even after a shareholder flew to cyprus and spent time with Danny and co it wasn't enough.

It has reached a stage where clearly even Danny I feel has had enough of the constant sniping and criticism (the barrel is being scraped when they start on spelling errors). Negativity breeds negativity and I don't want it polluting this operation. From my research and the communication I have received from Danny and NEO it is clear they are due some clear water and some respect from investors.

I too wish all the best of luck with the soft-opening and offer apologies to fellow rational shareholders but I have had enough of these maggots....and hell hath no fury etc etc.

I have a question about dividends and tax.

LMB Subsidiaries is a UK company, so does this mean future divs will be paid net of any UK withholding tax or will they be paid in full without deductions at source? For example, if my cut of Neo & Bee's profit distribution for Q1 2014 is 1 BTC, will the full 1 BTC be sent to my address or should I expect less than 1 BTC?

The BTC price has definitely changed the risk profile of investments, regardless of how good the company may be. Until you see divs, which are a long way off as far as I know, it's difficult to say where you stand so all you can do is calculate possible quarterly profits (Neo are an odd mix of Euros and BTC so it's a little tough), estimate the BTC price in a few months, and factor in the number of shares.

I'm bullish on Neo but I'd be more comfortable if the BTC price fell below $500 for a few months.

Shares being BTC denominated awkwardly skews the risk profile.

Congrats on all the latest news by the way Danny. I'm sure there is more to come
