It is just a rumored but i think it will take time to approve and let that happen, and maybe acceptnce on trial perion really can help just like what steam do but not totally sure that it will click 100% positively since not all their shopper use bitcoin as their online currency, so i think this one will be a long talk,speculation and never disscusion unless amazon will give an updates about this big acceptance in their business, but if all bitcoin user who usually shop their will make some petition i think they will surely approve that if they can see a large number of their possible prospects.

Personally I think that BTC will be standard in online shopping in general but thing is, it needs to gain trust from both consumers and businesses and it will take some time, amazon accepting BTC would be huge though.

Sorry to say this but i think you are aiming to high in terms of bitcoin price. I am very satisfied with the current bitcoin price so i am not aiming that it would go up but things happens like before people also doubted that bitcoin price would this high. Anyways i hope that it would not only be amazon that would start to adopt cryptocurrency.

There's no other reason that can be considered as major one for this, maybe as far as my knowledge is concern. Anyone can correct me with this.

But Amazon does not need to touch bitcoin they could use a third party like Coinbase or similar and then they will get only fiat, maybe they don’t like that solution which is why amazon is not doing that.

The priority of amazon i think is safety of their customers if there is buyer protection in bitcoin we can use amazon to shop but for now it is impossible that amazon will accept bitcoin as payment.

Amazon will probably be accepting bitcoin in the future but nobody can really tell because I don't think they released any information on that.
If you speculate about it then it would seem logical that they would also eventually accept bitcoin.

I think amazon should accept bitcoin. If they accept, then they will get lots of customer from bitcoin.Besides, many country's people can't use amazon because their country didn't accepted paypal like Bangladesh. Bangladeshi people can't use amazon because they don't have paypal.So, for all this amazon should accept bitcoin.

Amazon will not be accepting bitcoin most likely because it will be conflicting with their customer protection and seller protection policy.
Perhaps ebay will accept it in the future like steam did cause I don't think they have any conflicting policies so they could do it easily.

Yes I do believe that is going to happen in the future even though Amazon is already accepting gift cards that was bought through purse.io paid by bitcoins. I can't wait for that day when it is going to be accept bitcoins directly. But as of now they are maybe still trying to balance things if they are going to accept it directly,maybe they are going to lose a lot of potential bitcoin users if they are not going to make it happen.

Indeed such possibilities, but I know that it will be something quite difficult to amazon in deciding the matter. Maybe, since because some of the online shop here in the internet are now accepting bitcoins so it's not impossible to amazon that they will accept bitcoins in the near future as a payment for their product. Bitcoins is not that bad also as a payment because they will make a great profits from it because it's price is fluctuating though sometimes it's price go low but it's not permanent.
