If it were up to me, i'd stay my money out of casinos period. Except for recreational purposes, i wouldn't even think of a long time investment. But if it can't be helped, i think betting is the best place to place your money whether you're a newbie or not. If you compare the risks of betting to other forms of gambling like dice, the chances are way better.

If you are still newbie on gambling, it's better to stay away from it. You can easily lose all your bitcoins on gambling and when it happen you will become addicted, because you will chase your loses. At the end you will become a hardcore gambler.

i am agree with you, no matter if that person is newbie or not, as long as he don't know anything in betting, my suggestion is better stay away from betting sites and don't trying to played the gambling. i think betting is only for person that already know about betting and know how to played with good so he can make good decision in the games.

naaaah you consider it exist right? what makes them lucky to gamble for the first time if you really believe on it? just a random thing/ or just because a newbie usually did not think too much about what strategy they have to use and how they have to play to win it?

the point here are newbie or not gambling aren't good , gambling should not be the first choice , if you can do other things why have to gamble?

A newbie should learn many things about bitcoin and I must not recommend betting on gambling is a good choice to do, because there is no assurance of higher profit due to it's prone to lossing bitcoin investments. Fiat cash gambling is not like with btc gambling bets, the excitement and comfort of betting plays is very comfortable and since a newbie has no definite directions and experience of a lot of failures; possibility of bigger losses might happen as well. Learning process should go a long process, and much better for a newbie to stay and focus at the forum thread first, learn and learn until you became knowledgeable beyond negative and positive decisions will takea place.

We all start from a beginner and wrong if we do not feel a lot of defeat and lose money in the early gamble. Nothing is more risky than never trying it. Humans have different talents and intuitions. Choose gambling poker and sports betting or to your liking. Never think of big profits at the beginning because it will not be useful, focus on mastering system first with using small capital, this is a good thing for beginner.

Well, i wouldn't recommend poker for a newbie, unless he played it before ( he wouldn't be newbie though). Poker is very bad idea for newbie, as it is basically too hard for them to win vs other people that played poker for longer time. You can't learn how to bluff just by reading rules, even sport bets are less risky for newbie.

This is more like "Should I gamble or should I risk my money to other things?" Honestly, stop. You've earned bitcoins now, so then stop as long as you're ahead. Eventually, you're going to lose all of that just like anybody else in the gambling world. Since you're looking for a long term thing, then just hold your bitcoins. Once major countries start accepting bitcoins, then getting huge profits wouldn't be that hard anymore. All you have to do is to wait.

Even for entertainment purposes, don't gamble. One thing will always lead to another. Eventually you're going to lie to yourself that you're just gambling for entertainment even when you're actually already hooked on to it.

If you are in it for the long term, as you said, you expose yourself to more risk of losing to the casino.

The house always has an edge and that is why the house always wins.
Long term gambling most often leads to you losing money.

Better to trade and invest in altcoins.

And this for "Entertainment" purposes only could turn into an addiction, Why? simple, it is because when we lost the thing which we can't afford to lose, then we are going to do everything just to take it back, just like in gambling, if we bet, then we lost, then of course we are going to be provoke by the house and gamble more of our money believing that we could win it all back, but sadly, it is the opposite, we are just going to lose more and more if we are not going to quit gambling.

You shuld initiate trading and learning them. It's profitable though you don't have much of capital to trade altcoins. If you know how to get in perfect timing and you have a time for it, your capital can be multiplied unexpectedly.
