Agree. It's just that all kinds of money source are options for illegal activities. Because of being a quite anonymoust in bitcoin, some person take this advantage to use it in their illegal activities. If I will do an illegal activity of course I will open and learn all my options to send and receive money to take care of my security.

the reason the government doesnt like bitcoin isnt that. Terrorist, drug dealers etc etc will always find a way to been paid without trace.

The reason is simple, government controls fiat. they are the only one holding the plates to make more and bitcoin isnt hold by anyone(theorecally) and that makes hard to control a few things like inflation.

Yes, they will try their most to make sure fiat is protected and not used in illegal activities or counterfeited. But they could ban bitcoin from being used because they have no benefits from bitcoin.

What is illegal? Who makes law? Lawmakers are rich folks, they can change laws whatever they want.
You can use Bitcoin everywhere, nobody can limit that. That's why these rich folks are afraid of Bitcoin. They are too scared that they try to limit Bitcoin userbase. Bitcoin is internet money and nothing is illegal in internet. They can't stop us.

I hope that the usage of Bitcoin for illegal activities won't affect the adoption of this cryptocurrency. If it will then there will be no logic in this. Money, gold, knives and even simple cars are being used for illegal activities for many years and still we are using all of those things in everyday life.

Yes. There was actually one incident, if you know silk road, who sell illegal drugs using bitcoin. The government find them and they were actually put into jail. Even though how private bitcoin is, still, the government has ways to look after these bad guys. Even today, we might not know or have learned about them but there are several of them.

yeah because it's not physical form that makes it easier bitcoin being misused. using digital money is easier to use and sent to anywhere This will make it easier to carry out illegal activities let alone the nature of the anonymous bitcoin. More over they use bitcoin because its of anonymity and its not easy to tracked. even if they say its not anonymous, it really is. its not easy to trace and if authorities can't link accounts then authorities can no longer pursue. why do you think people are are still extorting each other?
