I would recommend a person who wants to know about  Bitcoin to create a secure mobile crypto wallet to get started.

Then I would teach he/she how to use a global exchange platform or local P2P exchange. That would be my A, B, C lessons because learning about Bitcoin is learning as you go and constantly learning.

Everyone who is new to Bitcoin seeks to collect as much of it as possible and learn how to play to save their capital.

Peoples fine it difficult to understand what is cryptoccurrency most especially bitcoin, but their interested over cryptoccurrency.
I just suggest that their should be a TEXT BOOK that will discuss about cryptoccurrency in order to educate people who are interested because referring them to online shows that know Manuel evidence of cryptoccurrency. And if their is any article that guide bitcoin.

To be frank, in my opinion if you feel that BTC is hard to understand then you have little chance of understanding every other cryptocurrency that unfolded after the birth of BTC.

BTC is not that hard to understand and there are so many sources online that you can use to get your head around it, but if you can't grasp the concept then you won't have an easy time understanding the blockchain technology, the backbone that lead to the creation of ETH network, smart contracts or DeFi.

It fine to have a textbook but there is no available at this time talking about crypto. Well, it might not important to have it because the internet is also a reliable source that can help us to understand crypto and it is the fastest and easiest way to make a search. In fact, you can find a lot of sources online that a textbook might don't have but of course, you should also evaluate if that sources are legit or not.

There are already many articles and books that speak very profoundly about what bitcoin is and how it works, that is not really the problem, for what I see the main problem is that people are really lazy and they do not want to take the time to learn about something new, and anything that is remotely different or a little bit more uncomfortable than usual it is something that they do not want to do, I think this is why bitcoin has not been adopted at the speed that we expect but I'm convinced that this will change in the future as finally people realize why letting the governments print as much money as they want is never a good idea.

I agree, people are very lazy, but that's not even half the problem. The main factor is that people like to be in the comfort zone and get out of it is not so easy. In order to perform a primitive operation on bitcoin, you need to at least have a wallet, and for some this is no longer a lifting problem. If you have not encountered before to start a wallet on the Internet, then it will be very difficult for you to deal with bitcoin further. But if you have enough motivation to learn everything, a new world will open up for you.

Interest is a factor on why people are finding something hard to understand this applies to all aspects. Bitcoin isn't that difficult to understand if we will just put time into studying it and getting in depth with its parts and what makes bitcoin. Yeah there are some complex part about bitcoin but you can make ways if you are really interested in learning bitcoin, you can find someone or join seminars don't just focus on textbooks/articles.

Dedication to learning is the way forward. Interest is another too. And if somebody has no interest, dedication will not be reached. Interest is what makes learning easier , interest is important. With interest, learning bitcoin is very easy.

I hope your absolutely right because the only thing that will make you to know the rudiments or principles of bitcoin is passion and determination, because passion will make the learners or beginners to understand the concept of cryptoccurrency very easily, and if the passion is not there, their is know way to comprehend the concepts of cryptoccurrency as a beginner.
So therefore everyone who wants to go into cryptoccurrency suppose to develop the passion or interest before adventuring into it.

Bitcoin is actually easy when if you already know how it works or you are already using bitcoin you could easily understand how bitcoin works with just a little bit of research online. And I think it is easy to understand for a lot of people in the community. There is an advanced understanding in bitcoin that in my opinion, you don't really need to know unless you use it or you work in crypto. Just knowing the basics of bitcoin is enough already to use and understand bitcoin technology. Visiting websites is also helpful because there are so many websites that could help you understand bitcoin technology easily.

I agree that Bitcoin is difficult to understand, especially in the technical aspect, it takes time to understand it. But if a newbie wants
to learn Bitcoin, now information is very easy to get. On the internet there are many articles that explain in detail about Bitcoin,
even on the YouTube platform there are also many videos explaining about Bitcoin. If you want to read books related to Bitcoin,
there are many books that explain Bitcoin. Actually, information related to Bitcoin is very easy to get, depending on how much we
want to understand about Bitcoin.

I agree that bitcoin is really complicated at first, cause I remember encountering bitcoin twice in my life before I even try to be in the industry. I just thought at first that bitcoin is a place where you will get a lot of money, cause from the talks I've heard from friends, it sounds like they are earning "in" it. It feels like a place.

But after being here for years, I've realized that the first thing you should teach a newbie about bitcoin is that it's a currency, try to make them understand how gold works, how a dollars work, try to explain to them the history too, why do satoshi create this currency in the first place anyway? Something like that, that's not what I really get of bitcoin when I'm starting, we have to clarify that it's a currency. If they got that idea as their first encounter of bitcoin, then they are on the great track. They can learn other things on youtube, the technicality and such.

However, based on my experience, almost all of the btc encounters of a newbie are scams, and all they think of bitcoin today is always connected to scams and illegal activities. Cause we can't deny bitcoin scams are everywhere, from social media, to films, to text messages and such. So it can also be a great way to teach them about the scams too, let them understand that bitcoin isn't all that, its just that when it comes to money, there are scams, same thing with fiat and in credit cards, debit cards, and etc.

It depends on how you teach people about Bitcoin. For that purpose, I think Bitcoin should be taught in schools all around the world. There are also online courses about cryptocurrencies and their technologies. As long as people want to learn about Bitcoin and the industry, there are too many sources on the internet.

Lot of books available to get the complete knowledge about blockchain, cryptography and crypto currency which will help someone to learn what is bitcoin completely but who bother to collect these books to get to know about bitcoin?

Even myself had chance to invest on bitcoins in the year 2014 with huge money but simply I didn't because I didn't have clear knowledge about crypto currencies.

I would recommend to read Bitcoin whitepaper rather than blog/press or youtube videos because most of them doesn't really complete to explain what bitcoin it is. Now bitcoin.org already listed 31 new language [1] , it will help for those people who didn't really understand on English language.

[1] https://bitcoin.org/en/bitcoin-paper

I actually disagree with this. I wouldn't be surprised if a typical non-techie person would be turned off if he/she asks about Bitcoin and we just present the whitepaper. There are other far easier to understand articles out there that are better fit for the masses, like this one(in my opinion): https://www.coindesk.com/learn

Most people find reading a normal service manual to be a dificult task. Go to any home appliance, computer, electronics repair shop and ask them. The average user buys something, unpacks it and immediately goes to pressing random buttons and trying to figure out how the device works instead of reading the manual. Then they usually break stuff and try to blame it on the manufacturer.

If you had to read the white paper to start using Bitcoin we'd have half of the current userbase.

It's difficult to understand for those people who doesn't have interest in Bitcoin. Some people thinking that it's a scam that's why they ignore it. Bitcoin is very easy to understand when you're teachy and interested to know it.

For those who are not techy they are also having difficulty to understand what bitcoin can really offer. Also those people that are thought crypto can earn instant money. We can simply discuss the basic what cryptocurrency has it's features so they can understand how it works.

The reason why most people (pertaining to those that are not into using Bitcoin) find Bitcoin to be difficult to understand is because their mindset is just focusing into how can they earn money and not really that interested on learning the basics of it for they think of more into technicalities and making simple things that are understandable be made into complex. Actually it is really hard to learn Bitcoin if you would jump into learning the technicalities and does not have the interest on learning the things you must certainly know about it.

If you would be just patient on learning the basics first added by putting your interest on it and leveling the acquiring of knowledge, the difficulty of understanding Bitcoin would be lessen for you would be familiarize from basics going to the complex ones as you get along on your Bitcoin journey which certain knowledge to better understand Bitcoin can be learned by own experience and of course keeping yourself updated by reading into sources like internet and this forum as well.

At first, yes it is, especially if you don't have any idea or you have 0% knowledge about it.This forum is really a big help for those who are interested and willing to learn about blockchain, bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies that are existing in the market.

Here in this forum there are a lot of sections that they can visit and spend time reading. Youtube is also effective, a lot of videos, especially books are really essential and easy to understand when you are willing to learn.

Without practice and application, your bitcoin knowledge will become useless so as soon as possible, invest to it once you are ready.

There's more than enough educational materials, but Bitcoin is indeed hard to understand for people without good background in software - understanding Bitcoin requires a knowledge of the basics of modern cryptography, without it you won't understand how mining works, how blocks and transactions are verified, how transactions are signed and so on. Most people probably don't need to fully understand how Bitcoin works, just like most users don't understand how cars or computers work - they just need to know how to use it properly.
Yes, you are right, without a good background it is not possible to understand how to dig bitcoin, how to block and transact, bitcoin software etc; I think the textbook needs to be included to achieve this. However, in countries where cryptocurrency is banned, residents can read articles, YouTube and books on Bitcoin. While it is not necessary to fully understand how Bitcoin works, one should study the various threads of Bitcoin for its use and transactions.

Bitcoin is certainly hard to understand, but that doesn't mean that it's hard to use. Most people can drive a car or send an e-mail without understanding the internal combustion engine or Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). And certainly both of these were considered “too complicated” for the masses.

Cryptoccurrency need understanding, before you adventure crptocurrency transaction or business we suppose to know the concepts, even in bitcointalk community people also fine it very difficult to respond to chat because they don't have the basic knowledge before joining the forum. OK  I will give you another illustrations " if you buy car can't you learn how to drive  the car? The basic answer is YES you will learn how to drive car,so therefore we have to understand some part of bitcoin before going into it.lastly their is know complications on it.
