Well, yeah, Bitcoin was created following crisis like such one we're going to witness any soon. This time i think it'll strike harder, no one was ready to encounter such difficulties we're seeing today, whole countries, not only banks or corporations are in massive troubles to handle the coronavirus issue - some of them may fall due to the crisis circumstances, some of them may rise.

BitCoin grew up in an ECONOMIC BUBBLE, when everything was going up a lot...

This ECONOMIC CRISIS was very predictable and expected if you were paying attention.  Of course most people are ignorant fools, and a fool will never see anything coming...    A sound economy would take a loss, but would do just fine if shut down for a couple months.  A BUBBLE ECONOMY will totally collapse if shut down for a couple months.

Hard Facts

Good luck giving facts to people here. If you haven't noticed the people here don't know the difference between QE and Q1 .

Don't worry of that because when the time comes and we manipulate the virus on spreading and killing people everything will be okay.

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG

The ECONOMIC CRISIS will be far worse than the Corona Virus, and the economic crisis will last for MANY YEARS.  You poor ignorant people, you have no idea what is coming.

BitCoin grew up in a bubble economy, where almost every asset was going up in price.  Those days are OVER, and BitCions price crash in response to this economic crisis would worry any rational investor.

I see current situation as a chance for Bitcoin to move forward, even though the prices got struck and yet another time we've seen how volatile the cryptocurrency market is. Banks are becoming more ridiculous more than ever with their actions, it's time to show other people that there is an alternative to this madness.

Bitcoin is still not dead (c) Pomp
I believe that everything will recover in the future. Keep halving in mind

Absolutely correct, Bitcoin is not dead as many have predicted against the said digital cryptocurrency, being a technology means that; you'll can't kill it nor bring it down to nothing. Bitcoin alongside with other digital cryptocurrency have been affected during this deep and pandemic trying period for the entire world. This is not just about Bitcoin but about the entire world market being affected here. This is the right time to invest in Bitcoin and not to see it as the world sees it right now. This is a long awaited opportunities for those who are ready to invest for their future.

I agree,
Bitcoin is not doomed, more like it is being affected by what we are facing right now. It is also not because some people just want us to think that way but this pandemic actually affects the whole world including bitcoin.

How ignorant people are....  It is the ECONOMIC CRISIS, not the Corona Virus.  The economic crisis is just getting started, and will last for MANY MANY years   Shocked Shocked Shocked

As the famous saying goes
"If it doesn't move up and down, then it's not alive" ~ Author: Unknown

The same applies to Bitcoin. The up and down movements are more than normal for a healthy market and we would be fools to think bitcoin is doomed just because it moved back to 5K

Definitely correct! whether Bitcoin goes up or down it does not matter because as long as there are people who believe in this technology, Bitcoin will continue to grow. As of today, Bitcoin is already bouncing back to $6.7k upwards and the movement looks pretty good, lucky for those people who bought at the dip and now enjoying huge amounts of profits. Smiley

Covid-19 affected other market and they never said anything about it, they only talk about Bitcoin and try their best to discourage people from investing in it. The truth is that the time will come and all these things will pass away.

WRONG !!!!

The problem is the ECONOMIC CRISIS, which will be with us for MANY YEARS, and get much worse after Corona Virus is gone...  If this guy is not smart enough to see this simple fact, he certainly is not smart enough to make any kind of predictions.

I don’t know where you heard that Bitcoin is doomed, and moreover this is not a new thing, there are always lots of haters who keep saying lots of trash about Bitcoin and we know that these are all fake. I don’t even give my time to such or listen to what they have got to say. I just focus on my business and invest on whatever I want to invest in.

Covid-19 affected other market and they never said anything about it, they only talk about Bitcoin and try their best to discourage people from investing in it. The truth is that the time will come and all these things will pass away. And Bitcoin is not doomed, it will still be around after everything.

if it's about the coronavirus, it seems like the virus not only curses bitcoin, but almost all types of investments have a decreased percentage because of the virus. However, if the price of bitcoin rises again after this, do you want to say that bitcoin breaks the curse? yeah, bitcoin is just a popular technology right now, if the price goes down because of something like this, it's natural.

This is bullish - I expect it to continue like this for a while - stocks in trouble and crypto stabilizing and even growing

Well, a few days passed after an extreme downturn in all markets, starting to see a pretty good increase since March 19. Well, a few days passed after extreme downturn in all markets, starting to see a pretty good increase since March 19. From the comparison above we know that the crypto market showed the best increase. The crypto market volatility is indeed high, rumors alone can affect price changes, so we must always monitor its movements.

There are a LOT of things that can stop bitcoin, but one of the biggest is its lack of any intrinsic value, in the end, it is nothing.   To say that " Satoshi is revealed " is the ONLY thing that can stop bitcoin is absolutely ignorant.   Given the money that is in BitCoin, most people would not care either way if Satoshi is known or not, that is nothing more than meaningless noise.   What bitcoin represents as an INVESTMENT is what will determine its success or not.
As long as it hasn't become anything, and it's still quite profitable right now, why don't we just use it? Too bad if this opportunity is missed, the risk is always there but not to be feared.

Firstly, it sounds like you're trying to say that we will move away from assets and cash will be king - but how can cash be king when they print like mad ?

The only thing that can stop Bitcoin is if Satoshi is revealed and people feel he has bias or agenda, or he has the ability still to shut everything down.

You are right about one thing, they are already printing like mad, and it will make the ECONOMIC CRISIS be worse than you can possibly imagine.   I have never said that cash will be king.

Firstly, it sounds like you're trying to say that we will move away from assets and cash will be king - but how can cash be king when they print like mad ? They want to have a fixed value of the US dollar but keep printing ( ie. give banks "free wealth" ). If cash is king it may be another currency thats king, where that country is more fiscally responsible, not USD.

Secondly, I agree that all assets cannot boom anymore like the last 10 years - Stocks are going to be more of a gamble than ever. If stocks do recover strongly even after this Corona crises has decimated industries like airlines   - then somethings wrong. Then there will probably be another big crash within a few years.

Bitcoin has something unique to offer the macroeconomic world - an independent medium of trust between parties ( in this case countries - unless Satoshi is revealed and he has an agenda ). The only thing that can stop Bitcoin is if Satoshi is revealed and people feel he has bias or agenda, or he has the ability still to shut everything down.

Has the Corona virus doomed Bitcoin ?

Nope - don't be ridiculous.......they want you to think this.

Firstly, we got into Bitcoin because of financial freedom - money and value that nobody controls - that will never be "doomed" ( but they'll always try to kill it ).
Secondly , I explain in the video below why after every crash investors first go for liquidity , and then into safe havens - we're only a week into this market crash , you will see the safe havens over the next few months.
Thirdly, blockchain has already entrenched itself with many use cases that we cannot ( and won't ) go back on.

Don't make a mistake selling guys - they want you to do this. HODL.
To think that bitcoin is doomed after just a bad week is a terrible mistake, we must avoid to fall victims of panic, the crash we experimented was important and yet the price of bitcoin is still above 6k, if that is the worst thing that can happen to bitcoin then its future is bright, many countries have already announced plans to try to help the population and the stock market and all of that amounts to just print money, so if we use our common sense that means that the price of bitcoin should recover over the long term.

During the outbreak, the market price of the bitcoin fall and this is not good and continuously many people sell their bitcoin because of having panic at the market price and today it is already 5k dollars and stable between 5 to 6k dollars still we are hoping that the market will bring back now because the halving is coming too. But the market is always declined by the trader there are huge change every day to the price but always brings back to bottom then it takes a long time again before we can get an income.

This is just some typical talks you did in your video but you should notice that the situation has changed a lot. The whole world is passing a hard time, people are not caring about Bitcoin rather most of them feeling panic because of this high dump in crypto and the coronavirus outbreak! Coronavirus did not doom bitcoin, but Bitcoin price dumped because of corona outbreak throughout the world!
