Betting is illegal in countries such as Israel, Taiwan, China, Thailand and quite a few others.
Legal but regulated in most western countries.

Now, if the question is betting in Bitcoin is legal, I would say yes but only in a few countries like Malta.
Please be aware that there is a law void when Bitcoin is concerned, so not legal does not necessarily means illegal.

I am happy with your explanation.
I just found out that there are countries that legalized gambling and even gambling with bitcoin.
Thank you sir..
your explanation adds my insight !!.
Thanks for the information.
Have a good day

Silly question. Bitcoin buying and selling is gambling.

Well, i think it depends on every country's policy weather how they treat the bitcoin legal or illegal. The best thing in bitcoin gambling is they used gambling word for to earned points a satoshi coin. Because people having with a masters in gambling  games they are people who are probably pre- earners in that category of bitcoin.

Is Bitcoin gambling is legal?
In my country all things related to gambling are illegal. it's all because my country has a strong religious system so anything related to gambling is a prohibited act. but some countries do legalize the gambling, maybe if there is a regulation then the country like taiwan and macau can be a comfortable place for gamblers. It will also apply to Bitcoin gambling, all games are just the same and that distinguishes only the media money we use.

Several countries gives consideration to gambling with all forms of legal rights. When it comes to gambling with bitcoin, more legal formalities were must to be fulfilled. Majority of the gambling service renders were found legitimate fulfilling all the necessity. Most of the time what I look while using the gambling website is the trust it has gained as well the legitimacy in the real time settlement.

Gambling is legal or not depends on the country you are living in. Online gambling takes place in every country whether it is legal or not. If it’s illegal in public then people gamble within their homes. Countries like Australia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Swiitzerland allows online gambling under strict regulations. Many small countries like The Isle of Man, Gibraltar, and Costa Rica offer licensing for bitcoin casinos. Bitcoin gambling will be legal or illegal depens on how law of that country treats the cryptocurrency.

It's hard to sort out this problem. It's probably not clear where you're from, or where you use bitcoin, in some small countries. You can use bitcoin in exchange for chips.

Is Bitcoin gambling is legal?
It depends on country that you are in,  If your country declared online gambling of any type of currency as legal meaning that it is more likely that Bitcoin gambling is also legal. If any type of gambling is illegal in your country then automatically Bitcoin gambling is illegal too but it is not a problem because you can still gamble on sites running in other countries that don't require giving your identity that makes it hard for authorities to trace them. Bitcoin itself also gives its owner anonymity. Personally I don't care anymore if it is legal or not, I've stopped gambling because it's so addictive and it's not profitable unless you do it as a hobby.

No one will really know from where you earned your Bitcoins. You can simoly show the gains as profits from Trading. So, while Bitcoin trading not illegal you may continue with it.

Its up to the government of the country to decide whether that gambling is legal or illegal because the government of each have each different perspective in terms of their jurisdictions and regulations in bitcoin because sometimes gambling can cause a disruption to one's peaceful environment or it can provide entertainment.
