Though we all know that bitcoins' value is volatile but I don't think it will plunge for as bitcoins' community became stronger its value continuously increasing.I was also thinking a small increase this Christmas, some might sell their coins for that occasion. But the possibility of having a hard fork this December could make its value even higher too.

There are a lot of people waiting for the price fall . Bitcoin has not been down for a long time .
Needs other news as before Probably will lead to a strong fall
You should rephrase or change the word "down" instead use "correction". Bitcoin has never been down, if we'll talk or discuss about down we can determine too many things about it in the negative way. Bitcoin being down it means totally zero and with those people that are waiting for it's correction, they are the ones that are longing to buy when it's price goes dip.

I think not all users are expecting a price reduction from bitcoin, but it seems that by the end of the year there may be a price decline, as some users will sell it for holiday preparation at the end of the year.

Bitcoin going down won't happen soon or later. Bitcoin at times show fluctuation which is purely of the market and the same doesn't cause a decline in value. The fluctuations leading to a increase in price at specific time interval. So, the growth will continue to make the price reach bigger than the present.

I really don't see bitcoin going down now. It has captured the hearts of investors that they have full trust and confidence on bitcoin today. Many are very skeptical at the beginning, but what happened to them now? if they remain then its really their lost. So I'd say they should all join the boat and enjoy seeing the price climbing to $15,000-$20,000 at the end of the year. And with all the positive attitude being drawn by the investors, there's no way that bitcoin can go down this December. Of course a correction is needed, but in my opinion it will be just a minor now and bitcoin will go back to its previous state and go even at a greater distance. So let's forgot about a potential crash, just enjoy what bitcoin has to offer us today.

I think the peak of bitcoin is around $8000-8100. It never went up beyond that, do you think it could? Right now its below $8000

after 2017/11/18 bitcoin increasing fast and break 10,00$ then back down to 9,000$ and now we have about 11,000$ so always it go down and huge up
No it will not go down because investor are here who are watching toward the market if a single dollar fall occur people will avail that chance to buy and fill up their wallets all these assumptions are useless join in now and celebrate the success of mighty bitcoin and the people who are predicting about crash are the senseless because they don’t know how many lives are impacted by the bitcoin and are waiting to earn,

Bitcoin is far from going down, if you are speaking of the value, the value of bitcoin is still increasing and will be increasing in the upcoming weeks, and will just have a slight drop, after the december fork, and that will just be a correction, hiwever if you are referring to bitcoin going down, as in crashing, it is far from happening, you need to study further about investments and the difference between bitcoin and the bubbles.

For me personally, I will keep hold my bits as long as possible. Let's take a family if I'm not mistaken that they are from USA decide to invest all their wealth into btc. They are dare to take the risk because they only have 2 chance, become a multi millionaire or homeless.
That's encourage me to keep invest more and more every month !

Yes I agree on you. I too will keep my bits, because taking a risk means you trully believes in yourself. It is just like in bitcoin because if you will continue to believe bitcoin then you can gain such a good amount on your future. Bitcoin will never drop permanently, it is just temporary. If you have a patience to wait until bitcoin will increase then its good for you. Just like me, I really believe in bitcoin because it is really a big help for me and I am really thankful of this.

Man, i really feel bad for you if you believed that that was the peak of BTC and dumped all your BTC as a result.

I don't even think that the current level is going to be the peak for the decade. I think BTC will most likely go up to $15k before the price goes down to probably $11-12k, then rising up again to $15k+ before another correction.

This is a crucial month, and will indicate to us what the outlook for 2018 is and what the trend will be like. Hopefully it's bullish.

I think that's something that makes sense because bitcoin is fluctuating. Sometimes bitcoin prices can go up and sometimes down but even if the bitcoin price goes down, I do not think it's big because it's just a natural process of bitcoin development. So for those who want to invest I think do not be afraid because to see the current market development bitcoin prices will still rise.

up and down from bitcoin price i think it's normal and it seems that with circumstances leading up to Christmas and New Year there is possibility of a bitcoin price reduction because users will certainly do bitcoin sales for the big day's preparations.

And remember that before Christmas and the end of the year usually the price of Bitcoin always increased. this is positive news because then we can predict that Bitcoin price will increase, this is a good thing because we can prepare it from now on. for people who believe in it then buying Bitcoin now is the right choice. Maybe we can get a profit of about 10% to 20%, this is a very large number especially if we can invest withnumber of more money. Take the best chance because maybe we will not get momentum as good as this again in the future.

i dont think the price of bitcoin will increase before christmas or before new year because majority of people will probably cash out for the preparation for christmas eve and new years  to buy their gifts, foods, fireworks, etc. therefore the value of bitcoin will greatly affected and would result for a hard dump and also buying bitcoin now is not the right choice because its pretty expensive and you cant assure if the price will continue to increase or not.

But last year, December was a bullish month for bitcoin, so I'm expecting the same once we entered next month. I have to agree that its the season for buying gifts, but I think people have a lot of money in this month that they can step aside a few for bitcoin investment. So for me, the market will remained bullish in December and we can even see if it can test $9000. Let see how it goes, but I'm positive that it will grow close to $9000 before this year ends.

Its actually 10,000 now so you were right in your speculation about december being bullish month.

I do not think so because bitcoin already has many enthusiasts in various countries and is so popular that many use it as a means of transaction and investment so that bitcoin prices go up. Even if the bitcoin price goes down, it's definitely not that big, so I'm sure the bitcoin price will stay in the 8,000 USD range or even the bitcoin price will peak at the end of the year at a price above 8,000-8,500 USD.
