The current price is $7933 but I don't think it will cross $10K at all. I didn't even expect the level of $6K to be honest but things changed rapidly and price surged. However, I am expecting a correction in this price and it might take place within a month or two, in which the price will fall by at least 20% to 30% but considering the wild behaviour, even small increase up to $9K is possible if the market is bullish for it.

It may happen after December and Jan 2018 because AFAIK bitcoin's demand getting greater on December and some people may take the advantage to make major dump so at the moment, it's worth to buy as much as possible and if you want to profit, just sell it on early Jan 2018
And remember that before Christmas and the end of the year usually the price of Bitcoin always increased. this is positive news because then we can predict that Bitcoin price will increase, this is a good thing because we can prepare it from now on. for people who believe in it then buying Bitcoin now is the right choice. Maybe we can get a profit of about 10% to 20%, this is a very large number especially if we can invest withnumber of more money. Take the best chance because maybe we will not get momentum as good as this again in the future.

I think the peak of bitcoin is around $8000-8100. It never went up beyond that, do you think it could? Right now its below $8000

You can speculate that price if 100% of the whole world already know about bitcoin but as of now, not at all know about bitcoin beside here in our country maybe we are just 10% who are bitcoin literate therefore if there are more places will still need to know about bitcoin it will be still lot in there that will going to invest in bitcoin and make the price continue growing. Next year speculated value will be $10,000 to $15,000 so it is quit opportunity to be on board for the next year.

Bitcoin will still go upward. the price going up and down in the market is normal.
In time, bitcoin value will surely surpass that level and set the new record of all-time high! Tongue

no one ever knows what will happen. in the crypto world all of that always has a possibility
but I think in the future there will be many crypto users with indirectly will raise the value of bitcoin. so bitcoin will continue to rise

It does not matter how much bitcoin will be lowered as investors in bitcoin are more and more and the price is still high. It may even increase in the coming 2018.

Is Bitcoin going down?

Simple.

Yes.

I agree, but it's normal because that's part of the market, sometimes goes down and sometimes going up. But before the bitcoin value goes down, the return is higher than down when the price goes up again. That's reason why don't worry when that happen.

I really believe that if it does not reach to the 10,000$ in December, Its price will descend again. But like everything in this world of the cryptocurrencies are nothing more than speculations from me, and it can take a totally opposite course, than what I predicted.

Bitcoin has made a new high this week. It is expected  that it will hang on this boundaries of price ($7800-8050) But I see Bitcoin touching $10000 before the end of the year.

How many people have so many opinions! So many pseudo experts now) The fact is that the cryptocurrency market is still developing and many processes will be passed for the first time. Therefore, it is impossible to predict anything especially when there are large investors who can strongly influence the market with such a small capitalization

Optimists believe that the rate of Bitcoin in a couple of years (possibly tens of years) can generally reach up to 100 thousand dollars for 1 BTC, but it is only in the future. Personally, I think that this is quite realistic if the governments of the countries can agree among themselves and make it legal.

At the moment bitcoin struggling to go past over 7800 $ and just go sideways, I think if we fail to break 8k next week we will have some a proper correction. But it's hard to predict bitcoin, trading bitcoin is a mind game everything could happen.

I think Bitcoin can sometimes not get down. The current bitcoin price keeps rising and if the price goes down it's just a minute and do not panic.

I think the rise and fall of bitcoin will continue because it is a bitcoin characteristic and so far no one can predict bitcoin prices with certainty, because bitcoin price movement is affected by the demand and supply that occurs in crypto market, and if you know the character of bitcoin seems unethical if price down should experience a panic

That is a very lame outlook according to me . How can you say peak of bitcoin is $8000 because it never went beyond that , bitcoin never even came till $6500  . But it made the impossible possible by doing that . Bitcoin touches a new record to break its previous records . I believe that a single downfall cannot determine that it cannot go past $8000 . Bitcoin will cross all the bars very soon if everyone showe the same faith , interest and investment in bitcoin in future.

I can not predict because the rise or fall of bitcoin is sure to happen, but what I see and experience lately the bitcoin price is increasing. even though the bitcoin price drops are just thin .. maybe in the future the price will be stable, because the longer the users will grow and if more and more people get more bitcoin from the results they do or others .. so I think sooner or later will run out eventually.

Topics like this should not be made. Some only panic reading ideas like bitcoin is going down.  No need to broadcast it here in the forum.
Also, it may be considered as spam thread.

You know there is a big problem when you want to eliminate critical voices. Clearly the Bitcoin market is now so shaky that you are afraid that a few words alone will destroy your investment. Yet another solid sign that the bubble is nearing its end.

Patience brother, patience. The markets are not that easy to be influenced, the price will go up if there is a valid, legitimate reason to go up. Just like that the price doesn't rise. It might have happened in the past, but recently such a thing is not possible as more no of users will cause bitcoin to be more elastic(the degree of responsiveness will tend to be much higher)
