yes i agree that cryptocurrency is legal, because some of the countries allow operation with cryptocurrencies,,while other prohibit it,,the most important thing is to pay the tax on the profit you made,,more also its one the advancement in technology,,just to make everything easier and more convienent,,so for this reason cryptocurrency its legal

For me I think its legal because it is handled by the Governments in every country whos having a bitcoin but if its not a governments then it is handled by the professionals.

Some countries prohibit the use of bitcoin as a means of payment. However, the government does not prohibit citizens to keep or use them for transactions with legalized countries. The law of bitcoin depends on where we live. In the country where I live, bitcoin is not legalized as a medium of exchange
yes, in some countries there are also legalized bitcoin, and there is also a claim that bitcoin is illegal, currently in my country bitcoin not yet in
legalkan , but from the local government there is no prohibition to use or have bitcoin.

It's not inherently illegal, but it is very difficult to use in a legal manner, and most utilizations will be questionable, if not actually illegal. However, I think the concern about governments shutting down currency is a red herring, at least regarding the US government, which actually subsidized the Ithaca Hours system of alternative currency, via its Vista program. Governments aren't nearly as emotional about currency as currency geeks think, and the issues they have are much more situational than philosophical.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.
It depends on where we are and who we are.

It is mainly dependent on how the country's government sees it. And so there are varying opinions about it, and so is regulation or legal status of it.
Needless to say, bitcoin may be legal or not a country. While in some, it is neither.

By nature its legal. Its part of the economic evolution. It all depends on how it was used. Its been a long time that it existed and for the years it has lot of economic help and the society as a whole.

the main problem lies solely in the regulations that all governments of the world have made, this structure will be broken if bitcoin is able to talk a lot and ultimately control the world economy, the current government position can only prohibit and process many projects considered fraud and keep trying to make regulations although the ratio is still below 50%.

If the state has no right to tax its users and even controls transparently as they do with fiat, then the world will be on the brink of economic turmoil.
Bitcoin is only illegal because people are selling Bitcoin for Fiat. If there was no such option then it would be talked about much less.

indeed Bitcoin is currently in the spotlight of political citizens. thus making Bitcoin a warm conversation. in my opinion, this is capable of making Bitcoin activity lazy. this can be seen by us users who appreciate Bitcoin to the community.

Well in my country there are no direct rule or law wether the use or any transaction made with bitcoin is legal or illegal. I think it depends on where you are currently residing. The use of bitcoin is legal in most countries out there but lately some countries have made their move and made bitcoin transaction related to be illegal.

In some countries, operations with crypto-currencies are officially permitted. For example, in China operations with bitkoynami are prohibited for banks and financial companies but are allowed for individuals
A similar situation is observed in many countries, this is normal. But in some countries crypto currency is fully legalized, you can buy, sell coins and even transfer them by inheritance.

Bitcoin is not a real currency, it is not as valuable as paper money and COINS.

At first, the U.S. government was concerned that bitcoin might have an impact on financial markets, because it could be managed and controlled only by developing a corresponding bill. Bitcoin is now legal in some countries, and some countries are regulated.

of course the legal bitcoin if others can understand it, many agencies are legalizing bitcoin for various reasons and in my opinion it only discriminates coin cryptocurrency to be dependent on the project.

"Legal regulators" and "bitcoin". Funny for some reason. If they succeed, it will be a huge leap in their productivity. Usually they only collect money and wave certificates.
