for some bitcoin states have not been recognized and not yet legal as a medium of exchange but I do not think it means not to invest or have bitcoin because it also does not violate the law as long as there is no fraud or other harmful thing

What can I say, I fully agree with the author of this topic. If you live in Japan, where the crypto is the official currency it's OK, or in the US where they try to regulate it and prohibite everywhere. But at conclusion, the whole world will see the value of the blockchane and everyone will use it for sure.

Do you know about the old constitutional principle of English law - everything which is not forbidden is allowed. I guess this statement is related to bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to the full

Until now I think the status of legal bitcoin is unclear, as many countries are still studying and discussing bitcoin, but to this day for bitcoin users do not consider breaking the law of origin does not use it in places contrary to government. whether or not true bitcoin depends on the policies of each country.

The legal status of bitcoin varies substantially from country to country and is still undefined or changing in many of them.[1] Whereas the majority of countries do not make the usage of bitcoin itself illegal, its status as money (or a commodity) varies, with differing regulatory implications. While some countries have explicitly allowed its use and trade, others have banned or restricted it.

If most countries in Europe and Asia establish trading terminals, in large networks to accept payment by crypto currency, then of course it is all completely legal.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.

Bitcoin is completely legal, some countries are taking steps against bitcoins just because they failed to control it. They do not like that people are using this medium without giving any fees to government.

Actually, the legality of Bitcoin depends on the specific country as there are many countries that clearly spell out the legality or illegality of Bitcoin in their jurisdictions. Of course, to those countries that have already considered Bitcoin legal, the particular use of it will be the one that will finally determine whether a certain amount of Bitcoin is used legally or not. Those countries that did not make a clear law regarding Bitcoin's legality will also depend on how the Bitcoin is used in particular.

Of course BTC is legal, many central banks have fully incorporated it into its settlement field and allow to carry out official transactions through it.

The nature of bitcoin doesn't assume an opportunity to carry it to this or that party of the law until it was legalized. By means of bitcoin it is impossible to commit a crime without full-fledged cycle of a trade circulation. While there is regular money and they dominate in economy of all countries, the bitcoin isn't currency in the commonly accepted sense. As soon as business begins to accept bitcoin and when it is possible to use bitcoin for everyday life without converting into classical money, here then it will be the illegal scheme of economic circulation. As in this illegal circulation completely there is no classical money. And at present the bitcoin is the same if two neighbors agree to consider stones in the kitchen gardens classical values and to try to trade them among themselves.

only a few countries can legalize bitcoin. the rest, most countries still can not formalize the existence of bitcoin because each country has its own policy, most countries consider bitcoin is not a currency that can be used as a means of daily payment transactions, because they worry many irresponsible people to abuse bitcoin to conduct crime payment transactions.
In the recent G20, most countries are pro bitcoin, that is because they understand the potential of blockchain as our future.
As long as there will be proper regulation, I think people will understand more about bitcoin, the risk is the investment side as it's also
viewed as an opportunity due to the fact that it has limited supply and the value will grow once usage increases.

Legal in fact is all that is not prohibited. In most countries, the authorities simply ignore cryptocurrency and in particular BTC. Because yes, of course it is.

it depends on where you are living, some countries made restrictions on using it while others are allowing it. However, in my opinion cryptos are going to be regulated as it will replace the traditional way of payments

Yes, everything is legal and not punishable. Even where they imposed a ban or control, people still calmly do their business and withdraw through exchanges of other countries. And how in principle it can be punished if no law on crypto-currencies is prescribed anywhere.

Yes it's legal of there good platform. many of this are not legal she was replicate for the coins in crypto co'z of there high profit. for me ill find the good and trusted coin. but if the goverment should stop and banned all crypto maybe we are in risky. hoping that all crypto currencies are legal.
