Bitcoin legal or illegal it depends on your country government if it allows legal then it legal.Although now in my country bitcoin still not legal, but the government in my country, does not prohibit to have bitcoin, so even though bitcoin most illegal in my country but I can still use bitcoin as an investment tool.
well, each country has their own rules about bitcoin. but I feel that bitcoin remains legal. well, its current use really really has an important function in the internet. so, because of that, people will still use it to develop something.

As others have pointed out, some countries, such as Australia and Japan, have legalized it and recognize it as currency. Most countries are coming to terms with it. Countries are grappling with how and if to regulate it.

To the best of my knowledge, Bitcoin has not been made illegal by legislation in most jurisdictions. However, some jurisdictions (such as Argentina and Russia) severely restrict or ban foreign currencies. Other jurisdictions (such as Thailand) may limit the licensing of certain entities such as Bitcoin exchanges.
Regulators from various jurisdictions are taking steps to provide individuals and businesses with rules on how to integrate this new technology with the formal, regulated financial system.

But have you come to think of it... Whether Bitcoin can be used for illegal Activities...
What are some ways you think it can be used for? (illegal Activities) mention some.

There are some businesses that accept bitcoin for payment and the case that is supposed to be true. Bitcoin is illegal because it is helping the bad guys buy and sell illegal weapons. That makes governments very bitcoin hate but they can not stop the development of bitcoin because this is an anonymous market.

I really feel quite nervous. Previously, our government determined that Bitcoin trading was illegal. But the accumulation of Bitcoin as a kind of personal property is not a problem. However, last week in my country uncovered a big scam involving Bitcoin. So, the government is issuing tight-knit orders for Bitcoin-related activities. The government has really strengthened the Crytocurrency market. Hope everything will be quickly removed.

The government cannot be blamed in this issue. The tightening of the government against cryptocurrency is just because they have no choice but to uphold public service and protect the peoples interest. The real thing to blame are the scammers who uses bitcoins in their illicit schemes. Those people are a threat to bitcoin and it is because of them that the government have become very strict.

since it was first launched in early 2009, bitcoin has actually experienced a significant development in terms of legality. see its character as a decentralized currency circulating only on the internet. quite impressive to see the fact that there are currently dozens of countries that have legalized its use.

Most common illegal activity that may involve the use of bitcoin is gambling. Online gambling is one of the most popular thing in virtual world. Because bitcoin is virtual currency, it is easier to use and transact in gambling using it.

I don't think so. The Bitcoin has undoubtedly proved to be quite a significant tool in the online gambling industry. Many of the online casinos have already accepted the bitcoin payment and there is also a lot of room for the future development too. The online casino is legal in many parts of the entire world. The goal of most of the casinos is to make it quite easy for the players to deposit as well as to play their favourite online games by offering them the provision for the multiple payment currency systems which include the Bitcoin too.

Bitcoin is definitely legal because of the thing that it is a cryptocurrency, a currency or a kind of money, on the otherhand, some countries are banning it, but why and how? For me, the goverbment must ban the illegal activities inside the internet, because bitcoin is just a money and it can affect the people, but the activities is.

The media, government and other social network have been contributing to the popularity of bitcoin and other altcoins. In some countries it's legal to do business with bitcoin while other frawn at it.

But in the future currency will be accepted in the world but now its still shaking.
What you say is not true. Currently I read that bitcoin is banned for advertising on facebook and google. But you say social networking is contributing to the popularity of bitcoin. I do not know whether I misread the information or not, but what I read is that it is.

All crimes may involve Bitcoin in the same way that all crimes might have connection to fiat currency. I do not want to make a biggie out of it because crime does not depend on the means. The means are there all the time as neutral. Bitcoin is not made as a tool for criminals just as fiat was not made for the same fools. As a matter of fact, it is not even neutral because Bitcoin is actually made for the betterment of the world.

Actually, as of now bitcoin become more popular than before and as of now many countries already started to accept bitcoin. In addition to that, now a days many countries start to legalized bitcoin and I think it would have a positive effect in their economy and industry because they can used it as an alternative way to earn income.
countries are currently in discussion to be able to make decisions about bitcoin whether it will be illegal or prohibited. including my country. bitcoin for transactions only. because here bitcoin more in priority as a digital investment

I think It's more subjective, some people consider Bitcoin is legal because of its positive use. while some countries and governments consider Bitcoin to be illegal as they assume if Bitcoin could be used for something that is illegally that can not be controlled by the government itself.

I wonder how Russia and Argentina prohibit the use of foreign currencies? Maybe I missed something? You want to say that there are prohibited crypto-currencies including?
