You can use Bitcoin as a currency to pay for weapons, drugs, marijuana, human organs and other prohibited items. If you use Bitcoin, they do not need to go through intermediaries and do not worry the government can handle it. Or they can create virtual projects to legitimize their money.

In term of legality of bitcoin there no one can tell more about it. But the legality of it is depend on the acceptance and interpretation of one state or country. Bitcoin is legalized in Japan and there are rules and regulation about the used of it in this country. In some country bitcoin is totally not accepted and they didn't allow any transaction within.

sometimes I am also confused by the status of bitcoin, legal or illegal because the government in my country prohibits the use of bitcoin as payment but they also can not control and prohibit the use of bitcoin and circulation of bitcoin

Currently bitcoin is still in the speculation of pros and cons in various countries, but I think many citizens use bitcoin and bitcoin legal policy depending on each country, because so far many countries legalize bitcoin and some that do not legalize bitcoin

To the best of my knowledge, Bitcoin has not been made illegal by legislation in most jurisdictions. However, some jurisdictions (such as Argentina and Russia) severely restrict or ban foreign currencies. Other jurisdictions (such as Thailand) may limit the licensing of certain entities such as Bitcoin exchanges.
Regulators from various jurisdictions are taking steps to provide individuals and businesses with rules on how to integrate this new technology with the formal, regulated financial system.

But have you come to think of it... Whether Bitcoin can be used for illegal Activities...
What are some ways you think it can be used for? (illegal Activities) mention some.

Bitcoin is legal because it helps people to get out of poverty but the only problem is the government that hindering people from investing on cryptocurrecy, banks also hate bitcoins because most of the people are preferring to place their money on cryptocurrency more than on banks.

Saying that bitcoin is used for illegal activities is not a reason to ban cryptocurrency because fiat can also be used for illegal activities but why they are not banning fiat ? , there are only people out there who cannot really take advantage of bitcoins and they are envy of other people who are earning cryptocurrency.

we have to see G20 conference held in July. Definitely China would not like cryptocurrencies, but i guess others would not promote, but hopefully at least not regulate.

While in Asia, the crypto-currencies are under close scrutiny, Europe is turning into a crypto-empire. The governments of Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden and the United Kingdom believe in crypto-currencies, realize their importance and, ultimately, their ability to revolutionize the financial system and the work of the authorities.

bitcoin legal policy depends on each country, because so far many countries that legalize bitcoin and some that do not legalize bitcoin. bitcoin is still in the speculation of pros and cons in various countries. but I think many citizens use bitcoin
Yep, it definitely depends on each country ,so we can’t consider it’s legal or illegal . We all know that bitcoin is created  by computer technology ,and even it’s still growing and becoming more and more popular all around the world. It gives all people can get approach whover they are. In some countries, cyptocurrency is accepted and it’s considered legal currency ,but some it doesn’t accept and they seem take it as illegal currency because they are afraid of the big impact that crypto take to economy. In any way, bitcoin always keeps developing, and I think almost countries gradually accept bitcoin as legal.

I think bitcoin is legal, it depends on which country you are using bitcoin, some countries do not honor bitcoin as legal, they think its a purely scam so they are not convince to use bitcoin and make it legal.

Bitcoin is in the raise of getting popular on more countries
So far i know it is not illegal nor legal. The governement in different countries have not been cleared on their stand on bitcoin. But the citizens are using it many government officials i think even are using bitcoin to hide their iIdentities and financial transactions. The function of cryptocurrency is very visible and rampant ..but so far there is no formalities has made in the mainstream media nor in politics.

Of course it is legal. As long as you report your earnings and pay the appropriate taxes then you will have no problem.
There is no valid or strong enough reason for declaring bitcoin illegal for daily payments. There are many other ways people are involved in money laundering. So many renowned politicians were exposed for having offshore companies and other such businesses. People are even using cash, dollars etc. for illegal things, smuggling and all that jazz. So the legalization of bitcoin is not going to make things miserable at all.
