I heard that BTC is going down and will soon gonna be dead. Is it still a good idea to invest in BTC?

Many people "killed" BTC at any moment of decline.
But every time it turned out they were wrong.
BTC will not die yet, and YES, it's a good idea to invest in BTC now.

It is not possible to say that Bitcoin will Dead/end. Actual news can't say anyone, just they can gives idea. Nothing impossible but so tough for ending bitcoin. It has a big market and it support many others online payment gateway. So need until see the last.

Just because of recent drop you cannot say that bitcoin is dead. Just think about it, btc came all the way from 1usd to 20K which meand 20.000 times more and then it dropped to 9k, it is still 9000 times more.

It's a classic reactionary move where people take only the most recent x days as their perspective while forgetting about everything else that has happened. People that think Bitcoin is in some existential freefall forget that it is returning to its price from something like, two weeks ago. Nothing about Bitcoin has changed. It still maintains all of the advantages that it had over the years. No other coin can rival its ubiquity both in the cryptocurrency world and the non-cryptocurrency world. The market needs to relax.

No, because bitcoin recovers after a year that the value is zero but in 2017 they comeback and rise up again with a high value and popularity.

No bitcoin will not die, bitcoin's bubble will burst for sure, but it will not die, the only reason for bitcoin price hike was all because it is the first in the market, but there are a lot of coins with the same feature and even more better features than bitcoin, the technology behind bitcoin is powerful, yes! But bitcoin wont be the king, there will come something more better than bitcoin something that will have a real use case.

Hopefully we've now hit the bottom, got past the torrid January month, stocked up on various coins whilst the price was cheap and we're going to now start seeing a climb again.

finally, I give my vote to no, bitcoin is not really gonna be dead because today, bitcoin is spreading to many places and many people interested with bitcoin and they are trying to getting involved by buying bitcoin without thinking that the price is too expensive to them. they are curious about bitcoin and the cryptocurrency because, in the last year, they see that bitcoin price reach the highest price that opens their eyes and realize that a new source to make money is comes. so I don't think that bitcoin will be dead after this and I think we are seeing the rise of bitcoin again in this year and the next years.

For the crypto market shake I hope you are wrong. It will be a big fuss if Bitcoin losses too much market. I hope that won't happen, though it's a possibility.

No, definitely not. It's value surely had a big drop and then kept on decreasing a little by little but it is a bit more stable currently and I think after a few weeks it will start to rise again. It will surely be back after a few days after people start investing in it. The recent news in India about "bitcoin ban", which wasn't true at all, might have caused a lot of harm to bitcoins. A lot of it happened because of the media. I think it has already started to grow a little by little from yesterday and this will continue.

There are many prediction that bitcoin is going to dead, but its still here. no one knows if bitcoin is going to dead but for me its not going to be like that. if you compare the price of bitcoin in last january 2017, the price of bitcoin today its more pretty higher.

As we can see your poll result, noone ever things that Bitcoin will end or gonna be dead. Looking how dominant bitcoin is and just having issues that make its market price to go down deep but that dosen't mean it's gonna be dead pretty soon. All those FUD being spread have made those weak hands to give in easily and sold their bitcoins at a very low price.

You should be pretty new to believe when someone tells you Bitcoin is dead or will die. As long as it has users it is still alive so far.

It takes only a short while for the big bitcoin dream to come through, even the crypto market still holds bitcoin in high esteem as investors continue to flood the market with huge potential in the nearest future. it's no news that bitcoin will not die.

Bitcoin is the earliest digital currency, replacing it would be better digital currency than illegal currency.
It's still too early to say that bitcoin failed or succeeded, and even if bitcoin failed, there would be more affordable electronic money. Some do not speak bitcoin or did not talk about Bitcoin, time will prove everything. Nothing can stop the trend.

Bitcoin has fallen by more than 56 percent since the turn of the year, after peaking at nearly $20,000 in December 2017. To make matters worse, the the security of cryptos was called into question last week after £380million worth of NEM was stolen by hackers who targeted the popular Coincheck exchange. Bitcoin investors have since been advised to keep their investments safe in an offline ‘cold’ wallet to prevent future hacks.

Cryptocurrencies haven't a fundamental value like of the real currencies so there can be chances that there may be a vanish for the bitcoins. Anything that wishes to survive needs to have a strong background as well as a backup. Backup with fundamental values and thesis which proves the happening of it to be true.
