Well, I think that Gold will just have that kind of value, it's really different from bitcoin. It's another investment that you could add. Both are very different things, it will just depend on what you're going to believe in.

Because they are the most advance technology countries and all of them is adopting technology in their daily life! so it is not surprise but i dont think really that there are a lot of stores that accepts bitcoin as payment well there are stores really accepts it but it cant seem everywhere. It is possible that gold is one of the biggest competitor for bitcoin if ever bitcoin is used by everyone but they are not link to each other because gold is in real and bitcoin is for online well it can be exchange to own fiat but it is very opposite

But since we are living in a society (which is dominated by fiat) we have to compare it with fiat when it comes to use of bitcoin (or any crypto currency) in terms of medium of exchange. You can’t simply ignore fiat because not everyone use bitcoin in their day to day life and we have to use fiat until significant number of merchants start accepting crypto currency. Change is a two way traffic road, we are changing and now waiting for others to change.

I think there is no upgrades that will even happen to crypto's maybe the people will look for something new about crypto's but bitcoin will still remain for whatever it is now.
