I guess so, I have heard the news that terrorists and some criminals are funded easily right now through bitcoin and cryptocurrency. And authorities cannot easily track them.
I once read an article that says bitcoin is used as a payment transaction for terrorists and hackers. And maybe you guys in this forum also already know it. But here i want to convey my personal opinion in that matter. I think that internet and bitcoin interrelated. Many terrorists and criminals use internet .so also with bitcoin which used perpetrator However, despite all these issues, do people make concrete efforts to ban the internet? No. Not because removing and banning Bitcoin is difficult, but because the internet offers more positive than negative. For the same reason, we have to be more careful about our mindset for Bitcoin, because much evidence has shown that Bitcoin brings many positive, if not more, effects than the internet. Internet and Bitcoin are just devices that 'bad guys' and 'good people'. Fortunately, the world is filled with more people in the 'good people' category.
I also have read there is a terrorist group in which they are in search of funds from investments in bitcoin.
but it all depends on each individual bitcoin user. because the bitcoin is like a knife depending on the person who uses it to cut vegetables in the kitchen is good. if for a criminal act kill that person is not good.
but I'm sure that bitcoin users always use it in a positive way. like the knife was more used to cut vegetables than to injure people .
Anyone can use bitcoin and it is not impossible that it is also used by criminals in doing crimes. Because it is easy to use for transactions, it is also easy to use in doing illegal activities. Criminals also feel secured and safe in doing crimes because of bitcoin pseudo-anonymity that keeps the real identity of the user which means that it would be hard for someone in the government to track and trace their transactions in doing these illegal activities.

The anonymity is playing a big role here for the criminals because they can easily do illegal transactions with bitcoin because it is untraceable and that is a huge advantage for them because the authorities cannot detect them if they are doing or making illegal transactions or deals with the use of bitcoin so just like the regular currencies, it is expected.

Unfortunately, what you have confessed might be a true reality in life that Bitcoin instead of being used for good purposes was now being abusively used by those people to satisfy their bad habits when it comes to their self satisfaction in bad terms which is by means of getting into drugs which somehow makes the image of Bitcoin bad that instead of helping other people who are reall in need, it seems like it becomes the way to ruin one person's life because it is making the transaction of buying drugs that easy which is not really intended to be the use of Bitcoin.
This is no more than negative news for bitcoin, which has been walking on the Internet for several years, but has long been refuted.
I have read many articles about the issue. Some of them assert that before BTC explosion ( a few years ago) it used to be a payment method for various illegal activities. However, most countries are not worried about these activities. Unfortunately, they are concerned about the decentralization of industries and losing control of everything!
Everybody knows that it is very secret way to pay dark works. Because it is decentralized. But this not makes bitcoin a sinner.
I believe this view is just a product of the negativity of the naysayers. Criminals use dollars and euros, and all the other coins in the world. But that doesn't make us stop using them.

If the government decided to ban all the means of payment that criminals use, we would not have any currency left. Bitcoin can't be considered a currency for criminals, it's all an exaggeration.
It would not be ruled out that criminals also use bitcoin. Criminals also use the conventional banks for illicit transactions even with all the know your customer documentations. In as much as I don't encourage criminality, let it not be used as reason to tag bitcoin a bad name
Bitcoin is being used by everyone, and maybe it is also being used by heads of states, so we do not know who uses bitcoin.
Every person are allowed to use bitcoin, even the criminals. Bitcoins has no limitations on whom person were allowed. Even a common people who has the money to invest on it.
I agree, because everyone has the right to invest in bitcoin and not look at all people in any way.

The police are also difficult to track down the evil elements you know that decentralized transactions mostly guarantee the anonymity of their users. For now I do not know if it's still harassing because most offenders are caught by federal agencies and the dark web is turned off. 
that's why bitcoin is one global currency that can be accessed by criminals even when connected to the internet and therefore Bitcoin as one of the best land in allocating stolen money or crime proceeds to be converted e BTC so even the police will be difficult to track because of the many access bitcoin without using valid data identifier
Bitcoin is just a currency so it can be used by crimes like any other. This is normal.
