Many Muslim will come of the view and worried about this question . please give suggestions

Bitcoin is a currency and i do not think owning a currency will be against any  religion.
If you think fiat money is moral then for sure owning a bitcoin or altcoin will ne moral as well.

It is just like the  real money. Halal or not it is only depend on how do you earn bitcoin. If you earned it by mining its mean that bitcoin that you earned is HALAL. usually I avoid any project that related with gambling or other bad thing.

There is no reason not to be halal. you spend your time, give your time, do your research and you are investing.

well, it should be lawful if you look for it in a good way. all that is in search in a good way it is lawful. even I believe that many Muslims are investing in bitcoin. it's just like investing in gold.
Yeah I being a Muslim am a fan of bitcoin, I am not an Islamic scholar but according to my understanding it is a currency like the other currencies that we have in fiat. It's mechanism is different from the traditional fiat but at the end we use it to buy goods & services.
I guess it depends on the user of this currency if someone is using it for unrestricted activities but if it is used for restricted even though the user is to be blamed not the bitcoin.

BTC is above all religions! It is so high that it is a religion in itself! This religion does not discriminate on the basis of halal or color! BTC is pure! In fact it is so pure that only pure H20 can match its aura! Everything else just seems obfuscate in front of the great Lord! I hope the aura remains forever as we the omniscient pests of this darthly world can survive the apocalypse under one true leadership of the mighty Bitcoin! Tongue Tongue Tongue

No. It is not. You can't use Bitcoin to wage financial Jihad against the infidels. So I think that Bitcoin is haram, rather than halal. So I would urge all the religious folks to please refrain from using Bitcoin.

I'm not expert in Islam, but I will try to say what I think. Bitcoin by itself isn't Haram. If you are buying BTC, trading it, buying stuff with BTC, there is nothing wrong in my view. But if you aquire BTC by scamming someone, you hiding taxes, buying stuff from black market with BTC, or just gambling with Bitcoins, then, obviously it's strictly Haram. But anyway, Bitcoin is only tool like fiat cash, and most important thing in your question is actions - what do you do with your money.

Of course it is, why shouldn't it be?
Bitcoin is a currency like any other currency. What is halal or haram is what you do with your bitcoins not Bitcoin itself.

Bitcoin is just like any other currency which can be used as an exchange for goods or product and I really don't understand what makes people think if its halal or haram as far as my knowledge if you are gambling with bitcoin it's haram but if you are earning it by signature campaign or investing and withdrawing it when the value shoots it's indeed halal.

Bitcoin will be halal when you get it by using halal way and will be haram if you get it with haram way. If our answer is not enough for you please ask to your religious teacher, he knows more about your religious law. Because if you ask us about bitcoin haram or not, with not much consideration for answer HALAL.

BTC is halal, because in the law of buying and selling in Islam there must be sellers and buyers. And when they agree to buy and sell the goods, it means that there is agreement and causes something to be halal.
If both parties have agreed to the transaction between the buyer and the seller, it is sufficient to fulfill something to be halal
But only a religious figure more appropriate to give the correct answer to the question of bitcoin halal

Good question, the same question was asked to me by a friend of mine.

Bitcoin is just a currency and it is made of technology to prevent hackers from hacking in online transaction. But people use its demand to make profits it is just due to skill nothing to worry. If you are buying bitcoin with money which was earned by halal way then your bitcoin also halal.
Don't mix technology with the religion,I hope you understand now.
