This is very possible. The Blockchain technology is a revolutionary one with a lot of significance. As the people become more familiar with it, the adoption and utilization of the Blockchain and cryptocurrency will increase which will gradually lead the world to cashless.
In fiat money system too most of time the payment were being cashless so it is not the aim of the crypto currencies I think but yes it also capable of making the world cashless. The reason why crypto currencies were found in decentralization on money system because the current fiat system is centralized and control by some governments.
Most probably in the next generation a head of us, all fiat currency will be gone, because in the digital world fiat will  become obsolete and the currency become decentralized this is simply because in the near future people prepare to us crypto currency,  because it is fast and economical.

Everything will be digital in the world soon enough but we need to improve a little more and let people accept change since some of our old folks doesn't want changes.

Yes, that is good support, but we must always be aware of every FUD, which will affect every crypto market, maybe there will be a lot of disappointed public.

we see today, many people are disappointed because of bearish. what happened if bitcoin in the future is familiar with the public, then suddenly down because of FUD comes unexpectedly.

I agree with you, because of that, we must make a paradigm for the public to explain crypto.

making videos and making some articles about crypto will be more easily accepted by them. this is a good contribution to crypto development in the future.

The world is already digital even not fully of it but as long as blockchain technology adopted for the countries in the world then making world go to digital is not impossible task but the biggest challengge for crypto is to reach poor people in the develop countries because all of it can not be done if poor countries still not use crypto

If you're asking me if crypto currencies are capable of making the world to go digital then my answer is yes of course crypto currencies are very much capable of making the world to go digital provided that their market value will continue to rise and not being abandoned by their developers which is being done mostly by its crypto currencies developer.

In my opinion, the world is already digital. With every kind of transaction, you can think of happening online, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that we do live in a digitalized world. But I agree that when crypto hits the mainstream market, there is an increased chance of everything going digitalized. When people won’t need fiat currency, they’ll depend on crypto and alt-currencies for transactions.

Majority of the things we do in the world are already digital. I don't think there is still a bank that carries paper up and down in other to update customers balances. So many other institutions in Healthcare, transportation etc are already on digital operation.  I see cryptocurrency as part of digitalisation.

With or without crypto, the digitization of services and money will happen. Mind you, even before bitcoin existed, credit card companies already existed, and banks have shifted some of their assets into digital ones, so the shift towards digitization is inevitable. However with bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, it only made the shift faster and people more confident about it. The acceleration of our technology can also be attributed towards people's confidence regarding the digital age; governments are ditching traditional paper files for some of their safekeeping and has since shifted to computers and such given the convenience it offers and productivity it brings.

The world is going digital day-by-day, but going 'cashless' is still too far from us, IMO.

Exactly, a cashless society is the dream of any government. They could know absolutely everything about you. Where do you spend your money, when you do it, what are the things you buy, your likes, your vices... everything.

We're already heading there. "Paper" currency is pretty much an antiquated system at this point. Most people would rather just take out their debit card with them than have to carry around some paper money and coins, but even debit cards will probably become redundant of phased out soon enough and people will just use their phones and things like apple or google pay or whatever banking app they have. A cashless society is in the interested of governments, though. The government has absolutely not idea about all the drug and shady deals that go on in the streets and behind closed doors and this would be one way to prevent that from happening, and that might actually be a good thing for bitcoin or crypto as people look for alternative payment systems to avoid detection and surveillance.

I think the govt around the world and the central banks will not allow cryptos to takeover the financial system by replacing fiat. Perhaps cryptos can encourage the general people to start a new cashless society, but still, there's so much behind the scenes that we don't know about the banks and whatnot, that I find it almost impossible that cryptos can be ones leading a cashless society.

But we're already in the digital era, most of the people around the world pay stuff using debit cards, through QR codes, etc, etc.

AS far as i'm concerned , the government will not allow the world lead to a cashless society , as this  is to be true , the government find it very hard to control, thereby society is so complex and complicated

It's actually the opposite of what you said, a cashless society is easier to control because cash is the only private payment method we have with fiat currency.

Actually, we are already starting to go digital. Most of the news and updates are now in the internet. Newspapers and magazines are not that popular anymore. Some of use already preffered to order items and foods online rather than go to physical store. Social media is now the most powerful tools for communication. Bitcoin and cryptocurrency will just make it more digital if people will start to adapt it.

cashless mostly means currency without physical form not without fiat. the fiat as we know it today can change form as it has already changed its form multiple times throughout history from goods to physical coins to paper then finally to digital and possibly to cryptocurrency.
up until cryptocurrency has already occurred and the world is mostly digital now but I don't think we will see it turn into cryptocurrency yet. and when it does it will be a form transformation not the way it works fiat will still be centralized and work the same way as before.

No. It's a direct contributor though, as it helps finance go digital. Even then, finance is already starting to go digital without using it.

So what about the blockchain? That's still a no. I know people are trying to insert them into everything they can, and maybe they work to some degree, but what happens after? They certainly don't revolutionize anything.
