I think crypt is dangerous because not all countries will be able to accept cryptotechnologies and people living in those countries bear risks. Or the rate constantly jumps, too, as there is no risk of losing everything.

It is not dangerous, crypto industry is risky. It can become more safe if the scam projects will be less. I hope that it be very soon. Menlo.one is projects that can make it a reality.
having read their whitepaper, I'm convinced that menlo will enhance our ability to choose the right ICOs and avoid scam or vaporwares altogether with their proof of reputation incentive system.
