I think coinedup did a very smart thing by adding coins not on cryptsy, add that to the free trades, and I think coinedup is grabbing their fair share of users...... if they could only speed up the entire site, and a redesign before adding many more coins

Withdraw coins from cryptsy for the first time. I withdraw netcoin. It took 3 minutes to receive to my wallet. Not quick as coinex but fine. Coinex takes 1 second.

I read that IFC withdrawals having problems on cryptsy.
Maybe cryptsy is working better now, but it lacks new coins.

Coinedup is a poor man's cryptsy, when it comes to Altcoins. It's a good site, don't get me wrong, but a lot of people hate seeing coins end up on coinedup first, as the low volume means coins get dumped really hard. It can kill a coin before it even has a chance to hit another exchange.

Until coinedup sorts up its speed issues, and attracts more buyers, it's far from being a competitor.
That's why I made his post, maybe someone will finally take care of cryptsy users!

My opinion is that coinedup has such tiny trade volumes that the price of many coins listed there is not real at all.

You can check few coins, spend 0.5-2 btc and you'll drive the price of the coin by many times Smiley

I know Smiley but I prefer cryptsy working slow rather than not working at all, not adding new coins is no difference for me - ordinary person who wants to earn some $ thanks to new coins..

And if coinedup did not log you out after ~5 min of inactivity, and if it wasn't as horribly slow as it is now.

Hello,

I am interested in your opinion about what is happening to cryptsy lately. Cyptsy used to add new coins and in my opinion was leading altcoin exchange. In last weeks cryptsy added only known coins (which were already 'pumped') and very few really alternative ones. On the other hand coinedUP invested in new coins making more and more people to leave cryptsy in hope of profit from not yet known coins.
I heard that cryptsy is performing some upgrades to their page, but can it be really explanantion for stopping trusted users earning money on altcoins? Alterative coin's market is changing rapidly, most of us can not afford to wait weeks for them to fix their problems...

Being honest, I want to add that I wrote this in hope that someone from cryptsy team would read this and finally understand that it is unfair to punish users for cryptsy's problems.

Thanks in advance for answers and ideas
