Of course No. Ethereum is a big crypto in the wolrd. Most ICO tokens are developed base on ERC20. No doubt that it will go up in the future

If it only does 2x in a year and a half that would be brutal. Bitcoins done 10x this year alone.

The ratio is not the determining factor of the bubbles. It can be a bubble, but it might have made 2x only. It can't be a bubble, but it might have made 100x even this. This depends on the situation and the asset.

I do not quite understand what you mean, but many projects use ethereum base these days and the transfer process is really fast.
