Ether is a very good project. But I do not think that now is a good time for long-term investments. I would take a closer look at the market and not make hasty investments.
I think the biggest potentials are altcoins ethereum, neo and mtc. Since ethereum is the most reliable altcoin and a coin that everyone continues to use, it can be the best altcoin in long-term investment. No need to be afraid to invest

I'm with you also. Eth developers are in continuous pursuit of improving their system. Unlike others, eth has very strong dev team and they do have capability of delivering actual results.

There is no need to doubt to keep ethereum, because it is very certain that ethereum will survive as well as bitcoin. so far ethereum has been tested and can certainly survive a very difficult situation.
