Fortunejack is pretty popular and very legit site which has been working for more than 3 years as far as I can remember. Moreover your question is too diplomatic lol I didn't understand whether I should say yes or no. Lol they are definitely legit and not scam. If you still have experienced something like this feel free to open a thread in scam accusations to atleast aware other people about any such thing. But make sure you bring proper proofs of any such thing.
I do agree that Fortunejack is pretty popular because they offer a variety of games and casino live dealers. But talking of legit, I never had too big a withdraw I could approve them but whatever amounts I withdrew they always send it on time (first withdraw takes 24 hours though as they do some due verification and try to detect multi-accounts).

I understand you support Fortunejack but you need to understand what he is saying, he means that he might have multi-accounts but that's common in crypto industry but I do understand that some guys make multiple accounts for bonus farming.

I have just received sms from them that I have won 5 mBTC no deposit, but when I click the link, there is no bonus there.
Verify this through their support, it won't take you time to ask them regards to this SMS about the promo. Mind to aware you that be careful also with SMS notifications as a whole, not just with FJ.
There messages there that contains some unusual links.

how come you recieve sms  , did you provide your phone number on them before   .  or do you mean to say you have recieve an email  .  there are text/sms scams that says you win and you will require a deposit  but this one is a gambling site .

i guess it was a promo/coupon that you got on your mailbox but only the coupon was empty .  it happen to me often times but not on fortunejack  but it was from the other gambling site but sometimes i recieve something after clicking on that email  .

Fortunejack players can get something called by "verified account" by using email and sms verification. Once players get their account verified by using phone number then it is possible for them to get promotion by sms.
Coming up to the 5mbtc bonus, it is better to ask through the live support but usually the bonus should be activated/claimed first. Under the user's account tab, there is a BONUS tab. So check that bonus tab, if he cant find it there then he should ask live support.

FJ has been running a campaign here for over a year now, also there might be some issues on some users but that's normal if they claim  that they have been scam even though they're not. There are also some cases which FJ has been an eye of interest still, they don't have enough evidence.

It's a Legit site if you ask me and other members of this forum.

I wasn’t aware that they had SMS verification in place, and honestly I would never feel comfortable sharing my number with a online casino even if it’s legit. Now answering your question I have seen their free mbtc campaign and it’s a legit campaign as many users have got the bonus, hence you can contact them here or use the support system on their site. It’s also pertinent to note that they’re very slow in replying on weekends, so wait till Monday I’m sure you receive your bonus and a suitable reply to your question.

It's very easy to answer questions that are diplomatic because the answers would have to be presented same way. The OP is fully aware that fortune Jack is a very legitimate game. Let's forget the number of years it has stayed and focus on how it has proven itself to be trustworthy during this period of time that it has been available for gamblers.

This issue would definitely be resolved amicably, which I think it's only a matter of misunderstanding and does not really call for alarm. This has happened to someone I know and he discovered he was assumed to have multiple accounts because he was suspected to have changes with his IP address. But, issue was solved in few days.

I honestly think that we should really learn to be slow in tagging a site scam when we see one without properly verifying it to be true, issues would always arise and the best is to be patient in all manners first, contact the customer support and watch how the case is been resolved before putting it out to the public.

If there is really one site that I highly have regards for and can vouch for with my life mate, I think that it will be this fortune jack and I personally have never tried any site aside this,  it is trust worthy and I have never tried any other site since I started gambling. Everyone knows that fortuneJack can never be scam site and it shouldn't be tagged or thought it is.

They have been harassing me with adds, and I didn't remember any negative reviews, in fact I remembered good ones. Now I finally deposit, and when I go to withdraw they accuse me of multi-accounting? Has this happened to anyone else, or anyone know how I can clear this up? I might have had a really old account that I forgot about, but I'm really careful to never give online casino's an excuse to scam me?
You have clearly stated that you might created old accounts that you forgot about with this you have thoughts in your mind that there might be a mistake in your part so how come that a legit and long running gambling site will intentionally scamming you?
Why would they do that?when the truth may lies on you?
Better contact FJ and the support to clarify your issue and don’t just create topic that wasn’t clearly answered by the Host.fortune Jack has been here for long time and as the reviews and vouch from players and accounts thy plying constantly is the site isn’t one of the finest in terms of legitimacy and serving gamblers

Did you read the post just above you and it clearly says that the OP issue is resolved.
I would request Mod to lock this topic because not only people are spamming here but more importantly it give a bad impression to the fortunejack, because they are not a scam site.

Ya that's why I thought it was just an excuse to scam me at first, strange huh? They paid me though.

Nice to see you have been paid in the end.
Like we voted and said FortuneJack is fine and can be recommended for betting,
we just need to stick to the rules Wink

If all is done, OP's problem with FortuneJack. So I suggest locking this topic up so that no more people misunderstand your case here. Because in the title I can make people think FortuneJack is a bad gambling site.

Fortunejack did have some issues and accusation in the past but they had solved them professionally. Now they are one of the oldest and trusted gambling site in this field.
Any gambling sites providing promos and bonuses and even faucets are serious about the multiple account issues. Creating a multiple account on such sites are considered illegal.

Ok sorry guys I wasn't very clear. So the 7 no's stand for no it's not a scam site. They are just strict about bonuses, and multi-accounting so tread carefully. I still think it's wrong to let some one deposit, win, then tell them, " Multi-accounting". But in the end they paid me, so I'm happy.
Some gambling sites and Casinos forbid participants to create multiple accounts because it is a form of cheating because I know FortuneJack has some attractive promos for new members so they might tighten their system so there is no cheating for that. So, now your problem is solved I suggest closing this thread.

The fact that you suspect you might have an old account probably indicates that you do indeed have another account. With that said, I don't think FortuneJack would outright just keep your money after detecting you have multiple accounts.

Maybe you should provide us screenshots of exactly what they said, so we can be better help gauge who is in the wrong here. I can't see any reason why they should be able to keep your money simply for multi-accounting, unless your other accounts somehow stole money from them or owe them money.

Imagine opening two bank accounts with the same branch, depositing $10,000 into each, then being told your second $10k is gone because you've got two accounts. Sounds ridiculous.
